Hello, Do you need a paid subsciption with Adobe Acrobat for this to work, please?

Yes. To create a PDF from a Word document you must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat.

This is creating a Fillable PDF in Adobe after creating the Doc in word. There is a way to create the fillable fields in Word and keep it a Word doc.
