I drove all the way to Montrose, CO and, man, this guys are awesome!!! Tim is the man! We had the same issue (hit a deer), took the van several times to Mercedes they couldn't fix it. But Tim fixed it in a second. And his shop is incredible! Anything and everything you need for your Sprinter he can get it. I definitely recommend them. A thousand stars!!
Even if the sensor is properly aligned, it seems like the software has a problem. If I drive in really remote areas without encountering any other traffic, while using cruise control, the warning seems to come on after 60 min. Any kind of software fix for that?
Hi there, since we installed the Backwoods bumpers on our vans we were never able to calibrate it. We moved up and down inside the casing but nothing. Where are you located? We travel the 48 states maybe we can stop by and get some help. Thanks
Mine keeps cutting out whilst driving :( it just switches to neutral with active brake assist inoperative and ESP Inoperative and active lane keeping assist inoperative:(
Thanks for the video. Always great stuff from Adrenaline. Is it possible to adjust the rear sensors too? I have a 2021 VS30 where I’ve added a Van Compass tug step, Owl rear tire carrier / ladder, and Monster Box. When backing up, the warning beep lights up despite no obstructions being behind the van (suggesting that the tug step or other mod is what is being flagged). The other impact is that the you sometimes have to floor the sprinter in reverse for a prolonged period of time to get it to move.

Thank you for stopping in and for the great review! Safe travels and come by next time you're in the area!
I am currently having this issue. Mine cancels out all the time. It’s pretty annoying. Video is speaking to me! 😮
Awesome video and a huge amount of knowledge for our community! Thanks Tim. (BTW, you were speeding again LOL)

Great info, is the diagnostic SW and connection HW available, we’re in Australia and we don’t have the number of suppliers like yourself.
Will you be able to do this at the Austin show coming up.......
We won't be doing programming at the show but you can come visit us afterwards and we'll get you dialed in. See you in Texas!
preciso fazer essa calibração na sprinter vc poderia mostrar o passo a passo no programa de como fazer ficaria muito grato.
Precisaremos ter a van em nossa loja para executar a calibração. Infelizmente, isso não é algo que pode ser feito remotamente.
Lose the music!
Lose the Frickin music and focus on the issue!
