Finally....
I've been talking about wanting an off the shelf light fixture with true rolling cloud cover (and lightning from different positions) on planted tank (DmarksVR), dendroboard (Dendro Dave), and maybe a few other forums for a couple years now... You can DIY it with the right Led controller and individually addressable led strip, but it's about time someone made one for the masses.... Now can we have a 6500K/RGB freshwater/tropical vivarium version? ...Good job Currentusa for being innovative!!! :)
Is this just a light effect or does it come with the sound as well? very cool either way!

Does the light make the thunder sound effects??
The controller included with the light has an audio port and programs for playing thunder (if wanted). You just connect a set of speakers and you're done!

I just got one of these 48" and the lighting strikes don't move from left to right like this what model is this exact one in this video
The light in this video is the Orbit Marine IC - it needs to be an IC style like to have this feature.
I have the ic and it doesn't do the lighting strikes from left to right ...the one I have doesn't do that just the whole light does the lighting strikes looks nothing like this
