The Bathroom is. Starting to Look Really Good Now with All The Hard Work Thats Gone into It - Thanks For the Update Trevor - Try Not to Do To Much - As Yourself and Pat Are Still Not 100% Yet - Take Care to You all
It should look good when it's finished Karen. Pat seemed to have got her energy back and kept going helping Tracey cutting up the old carpet, but the dust was getting on my chest, so I had to get out of there.
What a lovely home Ernie has got, he’s very loved lucky boy. I always wanted a real tortoise instead of a pot one in the garden. It’s such a relief seeing you both feeling better if not back on 100% yet. 😊
Ernie does have a lovely home, but he never wants to be in it, he always wants to come out. Pat is better than me, she seemed to have limitless energy yesterday. I am improving, but it's a slow job.
So pleased your again feeling some improvement. Ernie’s home is huge, that must be so heavy too. The bathroom looks like it is coming together nicely. The hard work and all the effort will be worth it in the end. Take care! xx
Ernies vivarium is heavy, David and I moved it into the kitchen. At least I am glad we didn't have to take it apart. Just a couple more tiles to cut and the grouting to do on the floor. Silicone round the shower. Tracey wants to remove the grout on some of the wall tiles as well, and then the shower screen fitted. The walls painted down the staircase and the room, and then the carpet fitted and all the furniture put back. Big job all before Christmas.
I know how you feel Trevor. Ive had this cold for 2 weeks tomorrow and it's left me with a chesty cough, I'm asthmatic so it's not good. I've been wrapping a few presents and finished the cards I had to write out, I've had enough now it's worn me out. When my Mum was my age she was much fitter than me, she did my decorating and helped me with my twin babies. I couldn't do that I feel like I've no energy. I still blame the vaccine for everything, my Mum had passed in 2019 so she didn't deal with the vaccine, I believe she was 86 when she passed. Hugs xx
I was talking to my brother on the phone yesterday and he has had every vaccination going and no ill effects, but I am very dubious about them. I was very fit like my mother up until June this year when we had the smash, and since then I have had one thing after another, and for the first time in my life I feel old, but I am fighting to get back to how I was, because I don't like feeling the way I do at the moment.
The bathroom is coming together 👍👍. Poor David having to be down on his hands and knees and lying on his stomach. I bet he can hardly wait for this project to be finished😉😉. I bet Ernie is enjoying being in the kitchen he gets to watch the human activities 😃😃. A bit of entertainment. Funny when Tracey came up behind you and asked who you are talking to lol, she must have thought you had an invisible friend lol. Take care, stay safe and well. Judy🇨🇦🇨🇦
It's no weekend off for poor David, but I think he's got its back broken now. Ernie just wants to come out all the time. Tracey is desperately trying to minimise the mess that this project is creating, and David is used to working on site, so he doesn't care how much mess he makes.
You just have to think, this time next month it'll all be done. Personally id have done the painting a few months ago or wait till after the carpets been put down. The the softness of the paint will mark easily when they shove the trowl down the side of the woodwork putting the carpet in.
@trevorpat-lifeontherun lol i know its not your house. But you are vlogging it. I had to do my spare room 2 yrs ago. Got the skirting done 3 months before the carpet was put down.
Yes, but the timing of things are not in our control, when this and that are done ect. Pat and I would have done it completely different, but we are happy to help where we can.
We sold our house to live in the motorhome Janice, but after the smash Tracey said it was up to us whether we got another camper or not, it didn't bother her. After much deliberation we decided to stay here and do the hotels. I would imagine that we will stay here until we snuff it, but you never know, life can take unexpected turns. We don't really think about the future now, just live day to day.

It’s hard when everything is in chaos, but will be worth it when done x
It will Karen.
I am glad you are getting better slowly both of you need 💕 to rest and fully well xx
Thank you Anne. This week should see us improving I think. ❤️
I’m happy you both are improving and keep on the path of recovery. Take care.
Thank you Debbie.
Will all be worth it when its finished Trevor, just don't do too much you two. See you tomorrow, bye!
I had to stop about 3.30pm, I had had enough.
Glad you're both feeling a bit better. It's a nightmare renovating stuff and hopefully it will all be finished soon.
By Christmas I should think Helen.

Nowt to do with me Jacqueline, not my house. It will all be done before then if Tracey has owt to do with it.

Do you plan to stay at Tracy’s for the foreseeable?
