I don't know how many videos and articles I looked at for information on thrifting in Japan -- and you are the only person who has addressed it authentically! Thank you.

Thank you so much for watching and for your lovely comment Kathy! That's fabulous you and your husband also like to thrift here! It's so much fun isn't it, like treasure hunting. Hope you find some interesting antique and vintage on your next thrifting day out!😊🎶
New subscriber here from Australia. I’m so happy to find your channel. One of my fondest memories of my first trip to Japan was visiting a flea market. I bought way too much and had to pay extra baggage fees coming home 😂 I love hearing your perspective on the items you pick up and why you chose or reject them. I’m looking forward to lots of lovely content from you!
Thank you so much for watching, subscribing and for your kind comment🥰Sounds like you had a fabulous time at the flea market and found heaps of delightful treasures!😊🎶
Man, if that big owl at the beginning is still in that shop, I would fully pay you to send it to me 😂 I know it's been two months and that's probably don't do that. Oh well.
Thank you @tokyotique I travel in the Ryukiu islands, very far from Hokkaido. Sometimes I see Ainu art when I fly to Kyoto/Osaka, but not that often. I clearly need to go North.
Hi there, thanks for the comment. It's in Kanagawa, the prefecture right next to Tokyo. 📍Sogo Recycle Shop - Soko Seikatsukan Chigasaki Shop Nearest station: Kagawa (Sagami Line)

Where is the Ainu owl shoe horn readily available online? Nothing on eBay or Mercari, not even Google produces many results ...
Available on local sites here in Japan😊
