♡About the chakras
Chakras are energy centers or energy wheels. There are 7 main chakras located along the spine, starting at the base and ending at the top of the head. The chakras can spin more or less freely, and mirror how balanced the individuals physical, mental and spiritual well being is.
♡Root chakra meditation:
First take 3 long deep breaths, relax and then with your awareness deeply rooted at the base of your spine, listen to the LAM track chanting. Visualize a deep red color from the Muladhara chakra that vibrates and expands outwards and upwards like a volcano.

You can try the sacral and solar plexus chakra ones as these focus on a few of the things you have mentioned. I recommend doing a Google search for which chakra healing works for which organs.

-jst browsing aroun, alot of "misleading" information on tantra and yoga and names. The latest was pronouncing Lam as Lang, hence m turns to ng with an overdot, but there isn+t an overdot on the Lam´s m :D One could end up meditating on something completely absurdly wrong.... sad for the newbee´s.
