If it irritates you, that means you need a lot healing in that certain area of your body. Same thing with singing bowls. They trigger different parts of your body too. One you may love the sound of it but then when you hear one that hurts your ears, it’s usually a sign that that chakra needs attention. Just what I’ve been learning from studying this stuff.
