Hi I am 32 iv had arthritis since I was 17. In the last year I am nearly healed :) I stopped eating any processed food and stopped sugar and meat apart from fish. Also turmeric and glucosamine has helped so much. I hope you pass on this advice as it will definitely help him :) lots of love x

I come here because i heard of these meditation bowls and i love the jounary it takes me to. I am in need of alot of prayer i recently had a horrible break up and after that alot of negative energy has been attacking my soul. Please whoever is out there please save a prayer for my spirital healing. Thats all i ask is for mental healing i can handle the pjysical pain because i suffer from lupus and other things but my mind well being is the most important to me. Thank tou! And bless you all!🙏
