Hi Dan! The big one is an Armageddon Gear "Big Ass" Fat Bag...Not cheap, but it is very useful (armageddongear.com/product/fat-bags/). A buddy of mine uses the Wiebad Rush Stair Bag and it is awesome in certain situations but too bulky for most (wiebadgear.com/product/rush-stair-bag/). Thanks for watching my friend!

Hey Rich! Yeah, maybe put some nails sticking out...OUCH! It's one of those props that no matter how many times I practice it and do well, when that buzzer goes off, my mind goes blank.
