I honestly think TK should fire like 40% of the deadweight. Put an end to ROH for good and focus solely on Dynamite/Rampage. Because Collinsion is killing them. And the only reason Collission started was because WBD wanted to justify the payment increase on the option year.

@@Keepinspirin tna isn’t profitable. TV shows like AEW Collision are paid for the network to distribute. RUclips won’t pay aew to distribute. Also these shows cost millions

That was on record by shad and TK as to why AEW got the investment money. Shad apparently seeded TK with 100 million to start up the business. But TK has said he is still working off the investment and hasn’t even touch the principal. So depending on what WBD gives them for the media rights next year…it’s going to be critical

Russo was inconsistent and sometimes dropped the ball at a job he could basically do. TK can't do the job at all.

This reminds of me Kevin Nash shooting on the last-minute changes, continuity snarls and scheduling conflicts that the WCW booking committee always ran into when attempting to plan their weeks. The way he boarded it all out has always stuck with me.
As a wrestling fan back in the late 90s, I’m back. I always heard negative comments about Russo over the years but since watching this channel and watching the current climate of wrestling, Vince is pretty grounded and on point. So, being a Corny fan..I’m also a Russo fan. Love the channel
People may not like Russo, Cornette, or even Prichard. But we have to remember these are just some of the creative minds that were steering the ship when wrestling was at its peak. Sure, Russo has executed some bad ideas, but that doesn't invalidate his credibility. He knows the business, and speaks with logic and rationality.

Agreed. Though I know I could do a much better job than Tony Khan. But I wouldn't book the show. I'd have an overall direction and tone I wanted for the door, and then I'd hire real wrestling people to run the thing.

1:24 Watching AEW and how disorganized it can come off on TV, this is believable. That's why the show has so many botches, production, wrestling, and more; it's because of how last minute everything is set up.

ECW being a taped show different deal, but so TK taping ROH matches for their internet show before then 2 hours of Dynamite live then a 1 hour taped Rampage , then saturday 2 hours of Collision live.

I disagree with that, I think he trusts people but he trusts the wrong people. He listens to people who don't know what they are talking about and many times intentionally self serving. And he trusts these people. Because they have buddied up to him and he considers them as his friends. The voices like Vince Russo and Eric Bischoff and Jim Cornette are actually the voices trying to help him and give him good advice but because they are not trying to take his money they don't need to buddy up to him, when they are offended by crap pro wrestling, they speak their minds and it likely scares Tony as his whole life he has likely had people super friendly and polite to his face because they want some his money.
It is not the first time that wrestlers have worked a "money mark", it is just that this money mark has a lot more money to milk money from.
