How do you use the pin check number to adjust the windage?

It is a point of reference where you can determine changes in your distance from the hole, and ultimately determine how you need to tweak your adjustment (i.e. Add/Subtract rings). For example, if I have a +3 reference check, and I know that requires a 1 to 1 adjustment, then a +5 reference check tells me that I'm further away from the hole, which means the wind will have a bigger effect on the ball, needing a bigger adjustment.
