This interview is fascinating, one of my favorites so far in the series. My personal title is 'Co-evolution of alien life and life on earth', because this to me is the big insight. And all based on facts, such as the intake of 'elements of life' through rocks and asteroids from space. Nathalie in my mind (and her mind) goes way beyond the old question of whether or not we are 'alone' in the universe. She instead looks at the fabric of life over time and the possibilities of connectedness. A great scientific and spiritual endeavor.

An especially fascinating conversation on the channel -- Cabrol sees tech/AI as a "tool" and Fridman sees it as part of ourselves: the question of who/what will in the future find more complex answers about the nature of life centers on determinism in the philosophy of technology. She seems to expect our future to be "human" in the sense we now understand it. Cabrol is extremely smart in a practical, scientific way; it's funny to see Fridman push her into speculative thinking out of her comfort zone. He loves to do this to scientists!

Thank you, Lex, for introducing me to some of the greatest minds I'd never beforehand known!!! You, Nathalie Cabrol, and your intelligent podcast environment leads me to awe at where humanity is heading FAST...! Yes, the teen years are vulnerable and scary, but if we can continue to avoid calamity, the next few decades will be a golden era for our primate species!!! We are opening so many doors that are synergistically (1+1=3) inclined!!! Did you think 18 miles/second around the sun was fast? Well, fasten your seat belts -- here come the homos!!! Let no other intelligent species suffer their own Fermi paradox as we have!!! It won't be long...!!! ;-)

This was really really fascinating, and covered many really important topics ! Including the possibility that there may not be as many other life forms in the galaxy as we think ! Maybe only 1 solar system per galaxy is capable of sustaining advanced intelligent life at the same time. But many may remain in some kind of pre history transformational phase. Lex your definitely in the running for best podcast for 2022 ! Superb guest too ! I could have listen for another hour or 2 easy ! well done !

She says we didn't respond to the pandemic "the way we should" have due to being closer to tech than to our environment. I wish she'd expanded on that.

What an interesting discussion! Thanks Nathalie & Lex.
I had a real, true visitation by an otherworldly being. I wasn't sleepy, dreaming, or sleep paralysis, etc. I'm not psychotic, schizophrenic or anything like that. I was never into aliens before this happened. I'm highly intelligent and not confused or anything like that. This happened in the middle of the afternoon while I was wide awake in my living room. I would love to discuss what happened.
One minute I was just living my life sitting on my couch, then something just appeared (as if a portal opened or something like that), I couldn't see it - I felt it - it felt "winged" or as if energy was swirling, it communicated telepathically with a very kind and loving feeling that I feel was meant to prep me, I couldn't move but was not scared, for lack of a better way to say it - it took over my emotions - there was no fear, only a deep overwhelming sense of love, tears were streaming out of my eyes, then it tilted my head down and, for lack of a better phrase, downloaded something in my mind.
I know this sounds totally wack and pretty unbelievable, but I want to work with scientists and show you what I can do now after this visitation.
I promised I'm telling the truth and will voluntarily take a lie detector test to prove it.
Lex, please contact me or check your Facebook. I sent you a message from my personal account. My name is Molly. I'm an energy worker and a strong psychic Heyoka Empath who has been through an intense Spiritual Awakening.
