- Hey guys, well, I had been in search of a new Rv for quite some time, And This is the place to get one. Stay tuned for an upcoming video on what we chose and why.

I have owned 3 RV’s. I highly recommend to buy a good used one if you can. The depreciation is huge after you sign the paperwork on a new one. We have had great times in ours but they are a money pit!
I agree. But I will say, these are hard to come by used. They are very well built trailers. Not many people get rid of these. We toured the factory and were very pleased with the construction. Unfortunately for us, we couldn't film it. But, stick around and look out for my video on the one we chose and why I think they are good. 👍

@@Nick-ih5em Only if it’s a box trailer or work and play.😉 Most trailers nowadays are made of crappy material (besides for AirStream, but you know you gotta pay the big bucks for those, and they don’t have any toy haulers). Better off converting it yourself saving a bunch of money, you can guarantee the stuff will last, and make it exactly look like you want it too imo.
I love OUTDOORS RV, they don't use cheap chassis, they make their OWN!

Just remember to have a good cover when you get home. We all know Texas golf ball hail destroys trailers.

Watch your trailer tires in the mirrors, and if you aren't staying centered in your lane then it's time to pull over and get some sleep. Don't leave awnings rolled out overnight - if there's a nighttime rain shower you can wake up and find 600# of water collected in them.
Wow really interested in hearing about what you looked at and the gotchas. I’m also interested in a camper trailer.
On a side note just a word of wisdom do not buy anything that was built during covid

Ive had a 30ft toyhauler, eclipse. It was good. I now want a northwood manufacturer articfox for the full season experience. What i noticed was the texas heat was to much for my toyhauler and i want something kore efficient. Do you know the R rating on these that you have a video on?
I didnt get the specifics on the insulation but seeing it built at the factory, I know they are built well. I believe these are a Northwood product just as the arctic fox is. Very solid units and very well insulated. The Nash we currently have is insulated nicely and just as tough. very comfortable, even down to 17 deg. Thats the lowest we have experienced a couple of years ago, for 5-6 days.
Nice, did the older one where you were working on fixing the floor a while back finally get 'retired'? I look forward to the upcoming video on what you got and your thoughts on it.
We still have it. Not sure what to do with it yet. It needs a tune up and misc repairs but Its still good. One of the issues is that it has really small bunks. The kiddos have outgrown them.

We enjoy RV's too. Been doing it with campers since I was a kid with my parents.
Lot of memories, folks taking me and my brother, taking my twins to places and now just me and the wife.

I drove from Connecticut to California one day to pick something up!!!!!!!!!!!!!6020 miles in 10 days by myself brand new truck black lab puppy and the trailer…….come home with a great prize!!!!!!!!! you’d like it 1974 Toyota FJ 40 carcass needed some good parts,,,,great adventure,,,,, we’ll do it again in a heartbeat!!!!!!!! be safe be careful waiting with a cold beer in a bag of popcorn bring it on Samuel bacon your East Coast buddy
To the dealership from my location, 1900mi. But on top of that, we made a vacation out of it. We headed further west to Mcminnville to see the Spruce Goose airplane. Howard Hughs plane from the mid 40's. Largest plane built. Then we visited Mt Hood and other spots on the way there and back. In total we drove close to 5000mi round trip. We had a couple of hiccups but we made it there and back in 12days.

A lot of those RVs nowadays look better than some houses or apartments I've seen
I had an older one I bought it cheap had a lot of fun with it. Spent a lot of weekends at the lake.

Check the fine print on contract. I've read that RVs and Campers force warranty issues to arbitration in Indiana.
Cool congratulations! just sold my 42 foot fifth wheel. Price of campgrounds has skyrocketed over the last three years and it’s just not worth it anymore to me. Might wanna consider buying something built pre-Covid lots of issues coming out of every manufacturer.
