I’ve had panic attacks before but this looks like just a straight up meltdown. When I have a panic attack I feel like the air is knocked out of my lungs, like I can’t scream.
i think it really depends cause i know some people that also had panic attacks right in front of me and i can assure you that they weren't silent-
It’s most likely meltdown i have autistic meltdowns that I’ve learned to somewhat control, I’m not saying that she has autism I’m just saying what it looks like to me from my experience

For context on the last one, the dude was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt. When he got pulled over he tried to put it on and “gaslight” the officer by saying he always had it on. The officer clearly saw he didn’t have it on and he had him not wearing it on dash cam so he proceeded with the traffic stop. When the officer informed him the fine would be $10 he freaked out and did what happened in the video. A couple days after getting pulled over he payed the $10 fine.

Since in the original body cam footage, when he was ripping up and destroying a whole bunch of stuff in his car it is possible that he ripped his insurance and other important papers.
