Funny you mentioned shows getting that treatment when I think Tales From the Crypt would be a great one. It features some of the most influential film directors throughout the 80s and 90s. That is a 4k I could definitely get behind. I'm holding out for a 4K of Demolition Man, too. I have all those DVDs for Carpenter. Lol, I have Tombstone but on DVD.

Se7en is an interesting situation...
Pumping Iron in 4K would be an instant buy.
for me too!
1982's Pink Floyd The Wall is my biggest wish list one at the moment.
Couldn't agree with you more on Lethal Weapon. Favorite action franchise.
Beyond the Law
Cashback
Blast from the Past
Charade (1963)
Club Dread
Crocodile Dundee
Down with Love
The Fly (1986)
Go
Harlem Nights
Jade (although I have seen rumors that Vinegar Syndrome will be doing this. Fingers crossed)
Knight and Day
The Last Boy Scout
Maverick (1994)
One Night at McCool's
Sheena (Yes not the best movie but think of the African Jungle and Tanya Roberts)
Several that you mentioned plus the other 2500+ movies in my collection
it is a crime that Lethal Weapon is not out on 4k....
Beyond the Law 92' needs at least a bluray release. There is a 1080p file out there thats decent for now.
Did I hear you say The Sopranos is coming out in 4K? Is that official, was there an announcement?
yessir! that is the word! dawnofthediscs and disc-connected were the first reporting it a little while back I beleive
@@AVAPopCulture Nice! Very cool! I did a quick search and didn't find anything, but I'll definitely check those sites out. Makes sense... they seem to be ramping things up for the 25th anniversary. Thanks for the head's up! Love your channel! 👍
Thanks Chase.. your makin me go broke as well! let me finish my atmos Home theater first!
same here man lol... Im struggling to get what I want to buy AND I still need to finish my setups too
Pleasantville is on bluray,I got mine from USA
Im gonna hold my breath for the 4k lol
The Keep, The Wraith, Phantasm Box Set, Galaxy of Terror, Night of the Creeps, Krull, Gone in 60 seconds (2000), Nightmares (1983), Assault on Precinct 13 (1976)
@jefflynn333 great list! I think night of the creeps is coming soon!
I would like to vote for Barry Levinson's 1987 comedy Tin Men. A long overdue release!
blast from the past, I havent seen that in 30 years probably!
@@AVAPopCulture Love that movie! Will be doing my own little video on it soon. 😁
Castaway (1986) - Oliver Reed. Dir. Nic Roeg. Looks magic as is.
The Wanderers (1979) "Don't fuck with the baldies"
Scarecrows (1988) .;
Right there with ya on many of your picks that should get 4K treatment. I’m sure we’ll see them down the pike.
I hope they get to them!!!
Hateful eight has a 4k on Netflix looks great but we definitely need the disc keep up the good work
yeah I cant count 4k streaming stuff LOL I need the disc which will look way better!! Thank you so much!
hold onto that twister dvd it is one of the first dvds printed.
Fuzz mentioned that to me too...I looked it up afterwards, I guess I never really thought about it lol
Twins would be good. Only if they can find good source material. The bluray from SHout wasn't that great. So I assume they didn't have good prints.
We need Kill Bill, The Rock, Armageddon, The Last Samurai, The Mask, Day of the Dead, The Fly, Police Story, Goldeneye, Shanghai Noon, Speed Racer and a proper transfer of Terminator 2 Judgement Day in 4k please!
Armageddon seems to be one that is on EVERYONE'S list lol! I think the Kill Bill movies are being worked on now
@AVAPopCulture Armageddon would work so good on 4k with Dolby Atmos! Also Pearl Harbor as well!
If they do Lethal Weapon, they need to do the director's cuts which were last seen on DVD. WHen they put the BDs out they were theatrical versions.
100% agree! I always watch the Director's cut of lethal Weapon
@@AVAPopCulture Sucks that they do not do the director's cuts on BD. Same with Con Air. DVD had that cut but not the BD
@@screamingeekmedia yeah that direcor's cut adds a little something to it that needs to be there in my opinion for more character development
I agree Kingdom Of Heaven would be AMAZING in 4k, but I just need the theatrical, I have the ultimate edition bluray with the directors cut & I don't care for the directors cut at all, it changes the story
I want it ALL!!!!!
😂u should make “4k Me” another 1 of your trademarks
The movie I want on 4K U.H.D. more than any other title? The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. Warner Bros. just released three catalogue titles: Black Mass, Focus, and Game Night. Hopefully, Warner will release Jesse James soon....
At least Warner seems to be trying to move through their titles so there is hope!!
There's an old Pleasantville blu ray, I just bought it from Gruv in 1 of their multibuy sales for $8.
we need that one on 4k big time!!
I have been waiting for Gleaming the Cube on 4K, I would even settle for a blu ray. There's a list of shows I would on 4k as well.
Gleaming the cube seems like a perfect one for vinegar syndrome to do
You can't have Gleaming the Cube without Thrashin'! Vinegar Syndrome should do both. They did Rad.
There is a decent 1080p version of Gleaming the Cube online to hold you over until hopefully at least a bluray comes out.
We need the Wolverine in 4k.
What dreams may come
Popeye (robin williams)
The fountain
Little princess
Secret garden (90’s)
Little women (90’s)
The fly movies
Little giants
Cool runnings
Nothing but trouble
6 days 7 nights
Ernest scared stupid
Goosebumps series (realistically just a blu ray)
Ernest Scared Stupid would probably sell out day 1 by whoever put it out lol... Nothing but Trouble is a crazy ride!
yeah baby, let's go do this!
The Clash of the Titans blu-ray looks so bad. It really needs a restoration and 4k release but the special effects would probably look terrible on 4k...lol. I want Xanadu on 4K...
Im ok with the old school FX lol adds to teh charm and nostalgia
I want Excalibur (1981) !
havent seen that in forever!!!
Man, give me The Decent on 4k with atmos and I’d be happy!
that's another popular one on a lot of lists
Total agree the Program needs some sort of new release 4K or Blu-ray a lot of controversy with this film that needs theatrical version released not the home video version which is undoubtedly censored like crazy
now if we can just get them to listen to us LOL
Also totally agree with your opinion on your number one pick not just the film but the push for censorship I do not agree with it
@@danielrickard5999 yeah I am NOT a fan of censorship!
Them(1954)cmon Warner bros!
WB needs to get to work! they need money so they should be putting these things out lol
Tombstone. Lethal Weapon. Totally. That and Count of Monte Cristo with Jim Caviezel. The Passion of the Christ.
Yes!!! Passion of the Christ and Count of Monte Cristo all day!
We need jeepers creepers 1 & 2 4k from arrow!
i would love to see west side story get a 4k it already has a digital 4k transfer but not physical
yeah, digital just isnt the same thing lol... physical all the way!
For me I really want Kingdom of Heaven Director's Cut and Tron Legacy on 4k. Disney owns both so maybe Sony will get the ball rolling.
fingers crossed on sony getting it going!
Lethal Weapon 1 & 2 amen
Not a Signs fan. I thought fright night 2 was a rights issue. We watch Twins every couple of months a 4k would be sweet. Don’t think Over the top bluray didn’t sell well it was always 5 bucks great film though.
I think Over The Top has vinegar Syndrome VSU release written all over it! Signs is certainly a love it or hate it one for sure! Twins has som eof the most re-watchablity of any comedy!
@@AVAPopCulture agreed on all of it
I need a Friday the 13th series 4K, not the Jason movies, the 80s tv series. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Titan AE, Armageddon, Perfect Storm, Outbreak, Volcano and where the hell is the Dirty Harry series?!!!
Armageddon seems to be on everyone's list! that needs to happen
Q.T has said it doesn’t need 4k many times.
@@mynock250 so he wants every film of his in 4k except that one?
Gone with the wind has a black & white version? This was 1 of the 1st movies shot on color film lol I don’t think there’s a black & white version
Btw, nice unopened case Ken 😂😂
"Gone with the Wind (1939) was filmed in Technicolor, but there are black and white prints that frequently aired on Television" - I first saw it in black and white - and I only had a B&W tv in my bedroom! I will NEVER open that particular DVD and get rid of that sticker on there...
@@AVAPopCulture lol I have some sealed DVDs that I won’t open either lol Gone With the Wind just got a Walmart exclusive slipcover edition recently, that or it’s a reprint of an old edition. Needs a 4k really bad, even if it’s super premium & stuff expensive, people will pay
@@AVAPopCulture & were they B/W prints? Or did u just grew up with a B/W tv? 🤣
@@thelastmoviestanding both...and both are in the library of congress smart @ss LOL.... there wasnt even color TVs until about 15 years after the movie was made so many people's first viewings were black and white....TBS (Turner owned) here in Atlanta would always show it in B&W and then when tehy finally showed it in color they made a big deal out of the promo of it by saying "Now Presented in Color by Technicolor" so yeah, I want to see it both ways lol...but if I can onnly have 1, I want the original color version!
@@AVAPopCulture lmao I know, hense me asking about u growing up with a B/W tv haha u were born pretty close to the revolution huh? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 well I do declare
The 13th Warrior, L.A. Confidential & Master and Commander the Far Side of The World.
13th warrior is a good one!
My wife always made fun of me for liking Supernatural.... She called it my "guy's soap opera."
Lol!!
then it is the best soap opera ever lol
I am desperate for The Great Silence. It's one of my favorite westerns and the quality of the blu ray is not great
I cant say I have seen that one but Westerns tend to look great in 4k
CARPENTER'S ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13 A MUST AND BAD INFLUENCE A GREAT ROB LOWE MOVIE OH and KILL BILL
