RIP John Mayall - This album was a big inspiration to me as a teen learning to play.

Nice lesson. It'll be interesting to see what the remaining lessons in this course are like?

    Fantastic playing as always.
I've been looking forward to this course since you mentioned it a few months ago, and it certainly hasn't disappointed. The tone video in the All Access is really informative too.
I did notice the description in the video seems to be wrong, at least for me. It mentions the video is a ZZ Top inspired solo.

Ok good to hear! I have spent a lot of time on this during the past year so glad you are enjoying it. I have fixed the description.

Звучит круто черт возьми особенно первая фраза. Трудно запомнить.

This a fantastic lesson, but I'm struggling to get the timing and syncopation down. Are most of the notes being picked very staccato? Great tone by the way. Generally speaking, what are good amp settings in terms of treble - mid - bass ratio?

Thanks! No not everything is played staccato. Start with everything on 5 and work from there. On this track the mids and treble were on 10 and bass on 2. So it depends on the amp and how you are running it, the guitar, pickups, etc...

Great playing and lesson as always. Thanks. Can I just say though, the tone is stunning! What amp / pedal are you playing through?

Thanks! I used my Germino Classic 45 with no pedals.

I love your playing and solo but sorry to rock the boat but not a fan of the horns.
