- Ingredients:
20 oz can water chestnuts (I only use half)
red food coloring
1/3-1/2 cup tapioca starch
20 oz can longan (in syrup)
20 oz can jackfruit (in syrup)
20 oz can lychee (in syrup)
20 oz can toddy palm's seed
19 oz can ai yu jelly (or grass jelly)
16 oz jar nata de coco
14 oz can coconut milk/cream (can use half and half or heavy cream or a combination of any of these)
You don't have to follow the exact recipe. You can customize it and make it your own!
My favorite Chè was Rainbow in Vietnam when i lived there.
One important ingredient is missing, "durian" sầu riêng, without durian it will be not so tasty 😅
