"Hello. Right." It's the introduction we need, not the introduction we deserve.

Any sand will work but it must be dry. Damp sand will not work.

If i put polystyrene board into an aquarium for aquarium scaping how long will it last without following your methods?

I’ve longed for a reliable way to seal aquarium decor but there is nothing I trust so far not to leech chemicals into the water.

Polystyrene floats, not much use in an aquarium. Try making your aquarium decor with cement.

What if I've already painted it with acrylic paint? Can I still add the PVA?

Water proof PVA should work going onto acrylic paint. I have done it a number of times and it work fine.
