Get yourself back to Blackpool as the illuminations are currently on 😁 We're only 45 minutes from Blackpool, so it is our go-to place. Like all Victorian sea-side resorts, it is in decline, but it does still get the visitors & the council do keep chucking plenty of money at it. The promenade is still great & there's always something on & something to do. Unfortunately, you've only got to go one or two streets back from the prom & you can see the decay & neglected.

Hi Diane, it really is a nice little boozer, the food and drinks were great. It's such a shame pubs are struggling and are so empty these days.
