Welcome to yoga sequence with All Seated Postures 🙏 NO Standing or Reclined Poses.
1 Yoga Block Needed. It includes easy yet effective stretches. It is a complete Follow Along session.
This class includes poses that help us stretch along with improving Flexibility. Here we will hold each pose for short duration of 20-30 seconds. It can be practiced in morning or anytime during the day after or before Workout as well. Hope you like it. I will add more such videos in future.
