      Got the same for my last birthday - White/Gray with Red heel. Amazing shoes and at least $50.00 cheaper than AdiPower and Romaleos, I don't know why Bryce didn't mentioned them.

    Sneakers seems legit.. i had an argument and i told that sneakers are good cause you dont lose the force( momentum ) in the shoes and he was like olympic weightlifter spends thousand in there shoes they are better.... I dk..

    • @calgarybarbell
      @calgarybarbell  6 лет назад +1

      Most of the time sneakers have compressible soles which can lead to balance issues and definitely to issues with feeljng weight distribution in your feet, the latter of which is a big deal for me. The raised heel also has some potential benefits depending on your flexibility.

      Calgary Barbell adidas power lifts are cheaply made pieces of shit. They fall apart after a few months. And it’s not like adidas doesn’t know how to make affordable lifters that are good quality. I had a pair of power perfect II’s that I’ve only had to replace this month that I bought in 2011.

    • @charlesfisher3983
      @charlesfisher3983 6 лет назад

      But it's good of you to assume that I was insulting what you do rather than talking about the shoes you mentioned by name in the video. Screams security with who you are as a person.

    • @calgarybarbell

      Hahha well, I stand corrected and certainly responded incorrectly. As someone who regularly gets trolled on the internet I have knee jerk reactions from time to time. I wasn’t concerned about you insulting me, sounded more like a shot at the sport tbh. Especially on this video for some reason, we get a lot of random traffic and rude ass comments, so there ya go.
