I have been doing yoga off and on for about 20 years, I am still a beginner, I decided to focus on yoga again this year. I decided to do Kemetic Yoga. I have been looking on the internet and I came across a few Kemetic Yoga instructers, I liked them. But I saw Jah 9 and my search was over. I love her grove, I realized I always liked yoga, but I never really advanced in it because I could not feel it. I GOT TO FEEL IT, if you know what I mean.
