Ah yes a strong barbarian type pig monster that doesn't really understand humans but still cares in her own way, I love her, already hoping for a part 2
You know, if I recall correctly the idea of an "orc" was originally based on boars/wild pigs, so I think it's super cool to see this acknowledged and built upon with this unique monster girl! Not to mention that among the animal kingdom, pigs are actually relatively intelligent. A race of sentient beings that descended from pigs and can communicate and interact with humans isn't that hard to believe - at least a lot more than some other creatures. The book "Animal Farm" comes to mind... Also, despite her primitive language and brutish tone, she's actually being EXTREMELY hospitable. Saving the listener's life from the jaws of a bear, offering to feed and shelter them to aid their recovery, communicating to them in a simplified version of the human language, all while asking for basically nothing in return - she has a heart of gold. I think it's safe to say she sees the listener as an equal, which I think is a really cool dynamic. A lot of her remarks, such as about humans being unable to eat raw meat, do NOT appear to be insults - rather, she finds them interesting and seems genuinely curious about the ways humans are different from her kind. She's not holding the listener's biology against them. I don't think she's intentionally trying to seem grumpy - it may be that this is simply her species' natural tone. Overall I genuinely enjoyed this and think it's very well-written and brilliantly performed.
