PhD mein aayi thi ek accha khasa permanent gov job chhorr k.. Kuch zyada hi research ka khujli tha. Idhar aake mera idea aur mera proposal of research sab dustbin mein. Guide ka jo marzi usi se research chalta hai. Corona ne toh aur haal behaal kar rakha hi hai. Lab bhi khali maidaan aur nahi koi project aata hai. Marne ka mann hai abhi aur.

We Indians are very self centred and selfish people, we don't care about our country and society, ham bas deshbhakti ka dikhawa karte hai.
Working hours are really a big issue most of the guides considers their scholars as labours. And recently the csir labs don't have funds as funds are given icmr completely
