Yeah absolutely you’re not carrying the extra weight of the transfer case and drive shaft or CV shafts, there’s also less rotating mass and you can rev the engine up higher than an automatic. I thought a couple times about removing the 4 x 4 and throwing in a stick for fun but it may be more fun to have four-wheel-drive launches ;)

My 2003 liberty has survived 2 t bone accidents, driving in ditches, and careless lack of maintenance from my cousin. Now that it’s mine I’m surprised it even runs. They are TOUGH

They are coming, I’m in the process of rebuilding my computer as it wasn’t able to keep up with the editing. It’s a bit tricky getting GPUs right now as there’s a shortage.

Hey bud, I had issues with the PC. After a fresh build the videos files weren’t able to be edited under video pad editor as they were moved to a new drive. I have someone trying to sort out the issue so I can access the files in a different editing program. I do have one Video you can watch but it’s not the greatest. I’ll unlock it now have a look
I haven’t spent a dollar on mods’s, Head gasket blew so during the head rebuild I did a bunch of free mods and porting. Didn’t spend one single dollar outside of the gaskets. It would actually cost way more to re-gear this jeep because you have to do the front diff to match the rear gearing as well.
I’ve done a ton of things! Some are still a secret though! Deleted the intake resonator, Ported the throttlebody, gasket matched the intake to the heads, ported the heads, modified the combustion chamber, opened the exhaust ports, ported the exhaust manifolds, modded the injectors and timing, modded the trans to shift harder…. Lots and lots lol

Teach me good sir. Lol. I'm pretty decent with a wrench. Not really trying to. Make her a race rig. But it would be nice to have a little more get up then she has. I'm not gonna lie, alot of what u said went right over my head. I'm newer to engine mods. I've always loved cars but is say the last 5 or 6 years I've been getting more into my own engine work and all that so I'm more then willing to learn. Thanks for the reply BTW

I beat a bmw 3 series in my fully stock liberty, they get up and go from a dig with that low gearing
Instead of spending so much on mods for a few hp gains, just re gear your differential with the same price. Then, your Jeep will ride like a Hemi!

So what all did you do to it. I have a k&n air filter and aftermarket exhaust... That's about it... What else do I need.

You are gonna be waiting months if not years to get a gpu bud, maybe just upload a raw video you can always use a laptop as well.
I am most interested in what you did the the combustion chamber when you had the heads off just curious
What do you have done to the transmission?
Nothing yet but, I do see it as a weak point and plan to address that later on.
