Caesar saying NO had people in my theatre gasping , some people laughed nervously . I sat in a bit of shock and then it hit me he’s a cgi character . One of my favorite moviegoing experiences.
You know who else went bananas? Herbie the Love Bug. Just a thought lol

My then-girlfriend, and her kid, and I were leaving the theaters, and her son goes, "I never wanna go to church again,". That's what I remember about this movie. Walking into the bright daylight and a 8 year old saying that. No idea what prompted it, or what was stewing in his mind. One of the funniest, most honest things I've ever heard. Love you two, and Ben and RC, and the WP posters guy.

I just watched all three over friday sat and sunday! The trilogy is immense. The first one is the weakest but its under 100 mins and moves at a fast clip! It hits all the right notes and gets out of there . Fab film
It’s easily the worst of the trilogy but that’s because 2 and 3 are so good! Not a bad film at all.

When I seen this movie in theaters there was a trailer for the movie contagion. The way this movie ended, for the longest I thought contagion was a sequel to this movie, until I watched it.
in my area there was a woman who had a pet chimp. she had to travel and left a trusted friend who knew the chimp to take care of it for a week or whatever. everything seemed to be fine... a day or two after the chimp's owner left, the thing went bananas and literally tore the caretaker's hands from off her arms, and then proceeded to eat her face. she survived somehow, but now has no hands, and a destroyed face (no nose as far as i can remember, but probably has her face reconstructed with horrible skin grafts, plastic surgery and prosthetics by now). awful. dont go near an ape ever.
Technically my whole family including my mother, my girlfriend and my son are apes. But they mostly aren't as violent as that.

Was hoping you'd note that the angry neighbor played a character named Rodney in Stargate: Atlantis.
Fun fact... because of the color of the portal and the fact that humans were taken by aliens to populate other worlds, the original name for Stargate was going to be "Bluish Harvester", which is not the production name of "The Adventures of Luke Starkiller, as taken from the Journal of the Whills, Saga I: The Star Wars, Episode IV: A New Hope, Book 2 of 3".
