I can hear domics and cry singing the low part at 3:23
its kind of hard to hear them at first, but they're clearly the two lower voices. that entire part is just really beautiful, especially when you know a few of the voices in the sea of chanting.
and lmao cry always says he can't sing but he fucking NAILED that bass part.

The part with cry suddenly became very bittersweet
Pain and sadness from betrayal is what I feel
It seems apt. I imagine he was struggling with his inner darkness for a long time. There is a time and place for condemnation, but personally I like to celebrate the fact that with the time and influence he was given he managed to create something beautiful despite his darkness. Particularly his positive and inspiring videos and his cooperations with Amarante. He helped me find meaning and positivity during some of my own darker days in the past.
Most people aren't pure black and white, but both. Some more one than the other. But just as everyone has the capacity for bad, they also have to capacity for good. Even though I can understand the sentiment, I personally think it's unwise to condemn a person wholesale and deny them their innate potential for redemption, or even for the creation of good despite their dominant darkness. You need to keep that aspect in mind though, for sure. But yeah it's a messy and complicated subject.
Why have I been oblivious to this song for so long? I swear, Cry does so many sneaky things that I never know about.

@@picklewart5382 I dunno. It's hard to look back and remember the excitement I felt when he made this appearance or even when I saw that he had uploaded again for the first time in so long. He was loved and respected role model and the reveal of his dark secrets has me grieving. Not for the loss of the illusion of what was but for the betrayal. For the pain and abuse of power those poor girls were put through. I havent listened to Amarante for a while but when I do I will only be listening to a version without him in it.
@@avrilslittlesis I never invested that much into him emotionally. I loved watching his videos don't get me wrong, but snake had the right idea. It's good to keep people you don't really know at arms length, because you get scumbags like Cry who put on a good show, but are just horrible people deep down.
I'm not a saint, and most of the sheep crying over Cry are not either. However I will say I doubt majority of them hit on little kids and underage girls while also cheating and moving in on their friends love interests. Doing that? Yeah, that's a whole nother level of shit tier being.

I discovered this song 2 days ago. Well, I was watching a water colour tutorial here on YT that had this music like MONTHS ago. And when I rewatched it about 2 days ago that was the very first time i actually noticed the song for what it is. And I've been having goosebumps everytime I hear it. It was on loop for a good day and it still manages to give me goosebumps! CHEERS MAN this song is whimsical and magical.

This has got to be one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard.
I heard this in a watercolour painting video (by Tillith!), and heard the talking and was like "Wait... wait.... that sounds like Cry... no way..." but alas, it was he. Beautiful song. There are only so many songs in the world that can trigger an odd response in me, sort of like butterflies.. and this is one of those songs.
I don't know if you'll see this, but can we have an official version on RUclips/ Spotify without Cry? It feels kinda icky to listen to him now.

I've heard a few songs from amarante and then today I decided to look into them again for new songs and ran across this song and a few others today. But this song stuck out to me the most... It's absolutely beautiful and has such a deep meaning to it. And then once I heard cry in it, it made it even better for me. Absolutely love your music and everything you do.❤
