I have traveled internationally hundreds of times and have never declared anything but I'm not Filipino. If Asian and going into the US with a pile of bags, you are certainly a target for inspection. Funny what people bring, saw some Asians emptying out a box of used pots and pans and canned goods as they were trying to repack their bags to avoid overweight charges.

What are considered goods? If you have your phone, an old phone for apps, laptop, the cost of the bags themselves, supplements are expensive, vitamins also expensive, can you break down what things do you need to declare as far as these things, your clothes , etc? Probably $2500.00 US worth of stuff. Just want to declare it right. Thanks !

On the following page (customs.gov.ph/Guidelines%20for%20Airport%20Passengers/) in the Frequently Asked Questions section under the "WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FOR THE AVAILMENT OF DUTY AND TAX EXEMPTION PRIVILEGE?" question, it says "Brand new personal effects and goods for personal use needed during the stay in the Philippines, but are not in Commercial quantity." So it APPEARS to me that as long as the items are not in commercial quantity (not sure where "commercial quantity" is defined on this or another website) then those goods are not subject to tax.

Maybe cover Delta 8 and hemp based products. These items "aren't" marijuana so where does PH government stand on tourists bringing it into the country? Hemp based products are legal in many countries.

Hello, not really related to this video but just wanted to ask a question for my son. I am a Filipina and became a US citizen at the of 17 yrs old through naturalization. I now have a son who is turning 21 yrs old this coming June. I am applying for dual citizenship and am aware of my requirements however I wanted to know if he can also apply for a dual citizenship (US and Philippines). What would his requirements be and can we make one appointment for both of us or is it a separate in-person appointment? Thank you
