    Kit says blood pressure is 145, "that's a little high; let me check a more accurate source," the more accurate source says 161; I can tell for a fact bro was panicking at that moment, hahaha

    The best time to measure Blood pressure is after waking up in an empty tummy, no coffee, no tea. You will find higher blood than usual after drinking or eating something because more blood will be pumped to the stomach in order to digest the food or any beverage.
