What Nobody Told Me

For a long time I (Julie here) didn’t think I could be part of the homestead/sustainable/self-sufficient living movement because I’m not a #tradwife and I didn’t own land.
The craziest part is I didn’t even realize I had this limiting belief. It wasn’t until AFTER we moved to our own property that I realized this way of life is about mindset.
We had been homesteading all along in our urban rental units. It just looked a little different for us than everyone I was following on social media.
Yes, you can do more if you have more time and money, but that’s true for just about everything.
