The groundhog guy said they're out there in the wild just trying to survive......no brother you have adopted a family and gave them a garden and their own shed. They hit the jackpot.
10:11 Sorry, if anyone thinks different, but THE GARDEN story is my favorit! Its been great since i saw that the very 1st time! such a story behind! What a guy! My respects! 👍
The first video reminds me so much of my cat and our family dog... I had to move and couldn't take Chewy, my long haired orange male farm cat with me so my mom was more than happy to take him in. It was around this time that I was over at her place and got a very strange phone call. On the other end was a lady asking me if I wanted my rottweiler Max back... My mom went through a really bad divorce from someone who doesn't qualify as a human... He spitfully gave our dog away days after we packed up and moved out. Max was gone for a few years, he lived with an older guy who eventually couldn't take care of him anymore so he was surrendered to a shelter where he found his saviour... It was the lady on the phone, she already had too many dogs but couldn't just leave him there. She ran his tattoo # inside his ear and eventually tracked us down. He straight away lost control of his legs and peed all over the place while making this screaming noise when he saw us, I was a mess then and even now i'm in tears remembering him. Max and Chewy instantly became best friends, they followed each other around, eat together, slept together... They did everything they could with each other. Unfortunately Max didn't live very long after we got him back due to come complicated medical issues and when he passed it took half of Chewy as well, he mourned him for longer than I thought possibly, he loved him so much and I wish they had more time together. Chewy lived a long life for a farm cat but was never really the same after that... I miss them every single day, Max helped me through the abuse and when I was all alone in my own apartment at 16, Chewy brought me a sense of companionship i'd never had before. When my girlfriend and now wife of 26 years came to visit me, he fell head over heels for her and I couldn't have asked for more.

It must be so rewarding when, as a Dodo producer, you go through footage and find magical moments. Knowing that you're going to share wonderous bits of contagious happiness. Thank you for all what you guys do. Keep 'em coming 😊.
I lived all of these. The lab and kitty, Rottweiler and sister. My grandson was raised with Rotty named Janie. She was such a nanny dog that everyone loved. She slept with him. 🐾❤️
I really needed this! Thanks, Dodo! I was feeling really down about the state of the country and the world and this really shows that there's still wonderful things in this world. Animals are so wonderful.
I'm a wildlife rehabber and always look forward to the baby ground hogs ,they are funny, affectionate, and goofballs ! Thank you sweet man for making them their own garden ❤
What's fun for me is that my neighbor has a cat named Oliver; and he visits all of us as if he lives in our homes too. He is very much a social butterfly, with the same name, and he's a CAT.
Animals are pure innocence and love. Thank you for all the videos you present. It’s a joy for the soul to see something wholesome for a change. There’s nothing more beautiful than seeing children enjoying an animal’s companionship. I also love seeing the wonderful people who help animals in this world.
The guy with the garden is a pure heart. Doing what he did to ensure these little monsters had food is simply amazing. A friend has a GH for a pet since she couldn't be reintroduced into the wild. And man can she EAT>>>>>
A lovely collection of videos - don't know which one is my favourite, but the toddler/dog one is sweet and amazing, and the last one, the white rabbit, is SO adorable - oh, I can't make up my mind. They're all SO heart warming and smile inducing. The lovely cat who loves shopping and loving people brings so much joy with him, and darling Oliver, who wants cheers each time he arrives at his destination; his neighbour's house. And what a lovely ground hog dad - we really know now how groundhogs chew. Oh they DO enjoy their juicy life. ALL of these pets are free to be themselves, and so, can be unique. A treat to watch.
I love these stories. The dodo is the only animal channel that I watch because I know that the stories while they may start well, they end well. Thank you and keep up the great work.
My feed was full of political BS & I thought I need to stop filling my head with this crap, it is affecting my mood & killing my energy every day. This Dodo video popped up to fill my heart and remind me of all the good in the world. It is my choice everyday to live in love or fear - thank you Dodo!!!
My rottweiler just turned 5. Happy, healthy and still acts like a puppy. But to know he's going to leave me one day literally tears me to pieces. I have no idea what ill do when that day comes. Mans greatest curse is the fact we outlive our dogs.
The guy and his moms bird… Parrots are so smart and live a long life. The bird chose wisely and started expanding its family. That bird will be his one day and he’ll be grateful to hear his moms words spoken through the bird. Such a beautiful story that’s only just begun 💚
Got to tell ya folks at the DoDo. U all ROCK. Bless ya for showing these animal videos. Heaven has a special place for people who take care of animals.
All these clips were favorites and the music fit each story. So much better than the pity click bait ones of other channels. My heart can't bear to see the horrific videos that show no happy endings. We need more feel good stories in these days and times. Thank you Dodo staff.
Thank you, all of these stories are delightful. All animals can teach quite a few things to ANY human. Thank you to all the people who rescued/helped these beautiful souls. Many happy times together to you all, furred, feathered or whatever'd ❤😊❤
All the stories absolutely have cherished me, I con not choose my fave...Mr Gardner is just an earth angel. Oh the little "singer princess" and her rottie are just adorable. Oliver is a social bug, I wish he would be my neighbour as well, I would spoil him, no limits. That dwarft , little horse has just melted my heart, so lovely...Thank you Dodo for uplifting me, I really needed this ❤
All of these stories were so sweet. I can’t pick a favorite but I really loved the dog and cat friendship, the little girl with the Rottweiler, Oliver visiting his neighbors everyday, and the groundhog garden. I loved seeing the dog and cat so happy with each other; the little girl and the Rottweiler was absolutely adorable especially when they were singing; the neighbors agreeing to allow Oliver to come over everyday was wonderful; and the compassion of the man making a garden for the groundhogs instead of killing them
I had a dog that came over every morning 7-7:30 am and l lived on the other side of town but Odie was a Border Collie. Dogs are amazing!! Dogs watched humans thousands of years ago and learned facial expressions. Wolves don't have facial expressions and that because they didn't evolve wanting humans companionship. But amazingly beautiful creatures😊 L❤VE OUR FUR BABIES ❤❤❤!!
the dog singing with her is priceless.
Beautiful duet for sure!
Giving the groundhogs their own garden is a really sweet and comoassionate thing to do.
The groundhog guy said they're out there in the wild just trying to survive......no brother you have adopted a family and gave them a garden and their own shed. They hit the jackpot.
So true! 😊
The mini picnic table he made for them is off the cute scale 🥰
Haha it’s almost worth having the garden in the first place, you get a front seat to watching them eat, worth it!
Every animal was amazing. The human making a second garden for the groundhogs was wonderful.
The man is a saint, someone else would have been upset but not him. 🙏🏻💕🙏🏻💕
I think everyone needs an Oliver in their lives. Just showing up out of the blue to say hi and chill out for a while.
Love Oliver the good neighbour and Chunk, Nibbles, Chip, Chibbles and Nugget, awesome stories

Thank goodness fr the shelter lady! What hero. That should teach all of us to get involved a much as we can.
Oh my days he made the Groundhogs a little picnic table with a tablecloth. What a nice man. 💫
That little girl growing up with that Rottie will be the most compassionate person.
Yes. Animals can teach children empathy and compassion.
She seems like she already was from the start. The parents must be amazing people too.
