    Mutton/ Beef Curry.
    INGREDIENTS
    1. MUTTON/BEEF 500GM
    2. OIL AS REQUIRED
    3. 1 LARGE ONION
    4. GINGER & GARLIC PASTE 1 TBSP
    5. 2 MEDIUM SIZE TOMATOES
    6. WATER AS REQUIRED
    7. FRESH CORIANDER HALF CUP
    8. GREEN CHILLI 1-2
    9. SALT TO TASTE
    10. TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
    11. CHILLI POWDER AS REQUIRED
    12. CORIANDER POWDER 1 TBSP
    13. CUMIN POWDER 1 TSP
    14. CURRY POWDER 1 TSP
    15. WHOLE SPICE POWDER 1 TSP
    METHOD.
    TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER AND TURN ON THE FLAME ADD OIL NOW ADD ONIONS FRY UNTIL THE ONION COLOURS CHANGE INTO TRANSLUCENT ADD MEAT SAUTE UNTIL THE MEAT COLOUR IS CHANGE ADD GINGER & GARLIC PASTE SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS NOW ADD TOMATOES, TURMERIC (HALDI) POWDER, CHILLI (LAAL MIRCH) POWDER, CUMIN (ZEERA) POWDER, CURRY POWDER, SALT AND CORIANDER (DHANIYA) POWDER SAUTE UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS COMBINE ADD 3-4 GLASS OF WATER STIR WELL AND WAIT FOR BOIL WATER START TO BOIL COVER THE PRESSURE COOKER AND COOKED FOR 20-25 ON MEDIUM FLAME AFTER 20 MINUTES TURN OFF THE FLAME AND LET THE PRESSURE COOKER COOL IT SELF DON'T OPEN THE LID UNTIL ALL THE STEAM COMES OUT IT SELF NOW OPEN THE LID CAREFULLY TURN ON THE FLAME MEAT IS TENDER NOW COOK ON HIGH FLAME TO DRY OUT THE EXCESS WATER TOGETHER TIME TO TIME STIR IT TO AVOID STICKING ADD WHOLE SPICE (GARAM MASALA) POWDER FRESH CORIANDER SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS. MUTTON/BEEF CURRY IS READY.
