    Hi Sir, i just want to know is there an issue in CRC joyous regarding land with Habitech, is CRC can not developed inner boundaries with Habitech society. There is good hype of CRC joyous in market but their land is still not 100% paid. Could you please clear these doubts. Thank You.

    Hello sir , I have booked a flat on T-23 phase IV. The flat size is decent but that tower has 6 flats and mine is corner one because 1645 were only corner flats.. will the sunlight and view be blocked? Also the sales team projected different flat while showing we came to o know the actual flat was very suppressed from 4 BHK flats. Please suggest. Also we have only 2 lifts for 24 floora 6 flats per floor.

      That lift thing would be greatest headache here going forward. Not just 2lift. Those 2 lifts are so small that max it can accommodate 5-6 people at a time. No service lift for taking big things like bed so ultimately have to go by stairs.
      And that's the 2nd reason which is stopping me from booking 3bhk here (1st being it will be too conjusted within next 1-2 years. Almost 6000 flats. If take average of 3, there would be 18k people living in just 24acre).

    Dont buy flat in nirala any phases this is for all the viewers the sales team will promise you 1000 of things and after making the payment you will get nothing.
    2. Sales team will commit many thing but later you get to know that you have to pay for those things for exampleade club house i am buyer and we got to know that apart from maintenance we have to pay different maintenance for club house and apart from that different amount for using gym swimming pool etc.
    Please this is the worst builder I have seen in my life.....please don't buy flats in nirala estate any phases

    Gaur City 14th Avenue has 22 towers in 14 acres while nirala phase 2-6 has 19 towers in 12 acres, so why 14th Avenue is considered very congested and nirala estate not so much congested?

      One of the defence is nirala has 4 flats in maximum towers only few towers has 6 flat per floors so no of flats are lesser ..thought if you see the whole video I have pointed out the congestion issue in the project

    one of the overrated society in Noida extension, High charges less services . No mobile network coverage in that area . no local transport connectivity . you have to hire a private auto if you want to explore local market . always 30-45 mins waiting period for swimming pool , children playing zone, parks etc.. over crowed every where . area is small but people are more . Paise b bhut sare do or kuch khas bhi nhi mile ..
