I think it would be funny to have two high rank players on seperate teams try and carry low rank players, maybe it could be called elo heaven since the low ranks would be getting boosted instead of held back
Grab 2 plat+ players who think they are good shot callers and 8 silver players that think they do a good job following calls. And just watch everyone fuck up their roles.
You would think after watching pretty much all of these videos that they would become boring….that is not the case it’s so interesting watching various levels play and Weak3n reactions.
Bounce around Povs feels easier to follow and makes it more personal and exciting. But also, occasionally switching it to Top Down when teams are gathering to fight for objectives like Fire Giant would be nice. I get less invested when the whole match is top down view with no variation of POVs
Bounce around. And then top down late game for team fights. I also do think you can add damage numbers. Cause i think before you could see crit numbers pop up.
Great series! Like you could do so many variations. I think one that would be interesting would be take someone who thinks they are in ELO hell and put them in a lobby with everyone else who is one rank down
Just started, I would like top down and commentate it like a sub league match. I always really enjoy watching the sub league commentary and games that are played!
I have an idea for a video: go over each Ranked tier and describe what is expected from players in each rank: Mechanics, map awareness, knowing roles well, knowing counter match ups, build correctly etc..
I think a combination of top down and bouncing around would be best - that way, we get an overview of what happens on the whole map and also see individual (mis)plays. Great content, as always!
Also I love that you made a point of saying "KDA does not matter". I cannot tell you how many matches I have been in where people want to talk down on others and reference their KDA as a way of legitimizing their worth. Sure your KDA might be worth something if you're playing Fortnite, but in a team oriented game where skill/tactics out weigh brute idiocy, KDA isn't a determining factor it's just a number. You can spend an entire match kill stealing while hiding behind everyone else waiting for those picks. You're going to end up with great KDA, but you're also ultimately just a useless freeloader at that point because you're not providing anything helpful to the team. I have tried desperately to explain this to my friends for years when they just complain about the game all the time.
Watching these makes me realize that I’m not in ELO hell, but I do think my brain is higher elo than my hand’s because I do admittedly struggle mechanically sometimes, but I feel like decision making and team fight/objective wise I do better than people at my level. I constantly have to ask people to stop chasing the mobile low health support or jungle so we can take a free tower or gold.
I think this is a good way to filter if you have a lot of people requesting episodes, however i think it becomes too easy to see a mistake or two and ignore a whole game. We didnt see much of cthulhu or bacchus. We also got a lot of clashing calls that led to some really wonky fights. Which doesnt really let us see WHO fucked up, just that its a fucked engagement i think having 1 on each team will allow more focus, without becoming muddled down to where we the viewer are trying to figure it out. (Your professional insight is way better than most of our assumptions)
ride along with different people through these kinds of matches where we aren’t following 1 specific person. easier to see what the person sees that way to determine what should happen, vs what they do.
Tsuki could've gotten the Chern who ulted to him with 1 health. His ultimate was up in seconds. Cthulu might've been able to get him back bc his ult was also up, but at least it would make the match more exciting
I’m only a gold player, but tusk seemed to play more consistent. Probably not a build I would run seems to be selfish considering there are so many good hybrid tank items that can be picked up in solo and also benefit the team.
"They all started the right start thats good". Bruh, I had a match today where I thought we were doing the mid jungle kill xp, speed and red. Nope, solo and jungle were still trying to 3 way split the camps.
You should find the top (or within top 5) controller player in ranked and follow a match or two with them and get their perspective on competing at a high level against mostly mouse and keyboard players
this the thing you should do so they need to prove they have a chance in the elo they think they should be in 2 start in above view then follow the ones doing good/ right things
5 people who think they're in ELO hell vs 5 people who think they belong in their rank. With them at at the ELO the ELO hell people think they should be
Never played a ranked smite game and never will if this is the skill level of the 1500 area. Just seems like a headache when I could just play casual and find much better gameplay/teams.
@@imabamafan20 Yes, that’s what I mean. I’m saying I can find a more competitive game in casuals, which is why trying to rank up to find a match seems like more of a headache
Does Cupid count as ability hunter these days? They buffed his heal so that the hearts give him passive stack, so half your passive meter gets filled with ability instead of autos.
So, I'm curious what everyone thinks about this. Is it a good idea to still put some people through directly to the Elo Hell? That way they don't know if they're on Elo Hell or Ego Hell? Or does them knowing who they're against not matter?
I think I am in my current elo but my friend who is in masters or something high (I did see him in your games sometimes) thinks I am in plat-diamond player. I am a solo/supp players sometimes I do mid. I am in gold currently but I just recently left silver lobby thanks to some of my friends trying to help me. I currently don’t main any god currently, trying to learn a few gods but don’t have one in mind that I really like. My best lane that I think I am good at is support and I love playing aggressive gods like horis and baka(however you spell his name) but my high elo friend thinks I should be solo main and play guan/Bellona.
Low masters to low masters, tbh haven't really noticed a difference in ranked besides the earlier games had less people feeding their brains out in my opinion.
I hate the top down view. I can’t focus enough to care. Bouncing around from lane to lane could be good if you explain which lane has the best early game impact on late game
Js weak3n your ability build on smitesource has first item Trans. Idk if ur saying the Trans is bad or if the items following is bad, just thought I'd let u know.
I think he was upset that they built trans and instead of farming it out they were just constantly taking bad fights instead of being at their camps in time and farming trans out, I could be thinking about a different part but I wanna say thats what he meant
I think it would be funny to have two high rank players on seperate teams try and carry low rank players, maybe it could be called elo heaven since the low ranks would be getting boosted instead of held back
turning Smite into an RTS, just a 1v1 with 4 minions each player to command
Grab 2 plat+ players who think they are good shot callers and 8 silver players that think they do a good job following calls. And just watch everyone fuck up their roles.
You would think after watching pretty much all of these videos that they would become boring….that is not the case it’s so interesting watching various levels play and Weak3n reactions.
I think the only one stuck in Elo hell is the fire giant. He farmed that in that fight at FG
Love this series dude, literally got me back into playing Smite after a couple of years. Good shit man.
Hey Weak3n you should hold Elo he’ll tournaments, it’s free content 😅
Yeah!!!
I'd stomp in that tourney. No 🧢
@@AcedoggSuperD people say that and get shat on
@@AcedoggSuperDget in there and show us lmao

24:40 -25:38 hel just chilling in the fountain for a whole minute 😂 surprised he didn’t even notice
Love this series got me back into watching this channel a lot again ! Keep up the hard work
Great series! Like you could do so many variations. I think one that would be interesting would be take someone who thinks they are in ELO hell and put them in a lobby with everyone else who is one rank down
I find it funny how the Cupid was patting himself on the back in all caps after the match 😂 when he wasn’t even the MVP
Just started, I would like top down and commentate it like a sub league match. I always really enjoy watching the sub league commentary and games that are played!
I have an idea for a video: go over each Ranked tier and describe what is expected from players in each rank:
Mechanics, map awareness, knowing roles well, knowing counter match ups, build correctly etc..
These video ideas are on point. Interesting to see these players all have consistency problems in this elo hell series. Gg man
Loving the fun you're having w this series haha
The person that was in Elo Hell was definitely the Fire Giant. His KD was crazy
This EGO hell is an amazing idea! Keep 'em coming!
Spectating wise doing both is great!
I think a combination of top down and bouncing around would be best - that way, we get an overview of what happens on the whole map and also see individual (mis)plays. Great content, as always!
I think doing top down and switching throughout the players is the best way to do it
What’s up! I like the top-down commentator style by far. So much fun to watch!
EGO HELL! I’m dying laughing before I even clicked the video. I just know this is gonna be elite tier content. Btw Kurt, Nuggets in 6.
Not the TOTK intro XD that was so out of left field I literally busted out laughing

A series on gold v gold where one team is made up of people who think they are in ELO hell and the other team think they are more accurately rated.
Give Baccus some props. He did bad in the beginning but was lowkey being a good support.
Watching these makes me realize that I’m not in ELO hell, but I do think my brain is higher elo than my hand’s because I do admittedly struggle mechanically sometimes, but I feel like decision making and team fight/objective wise I do better than people at my level. I think a mix of both the top down and hopping around is good for videos like this
Ego Hell... I love this new content! Also bc u learn more this way than see u go 30 2 5 and just farm em
ride along with different people through these kinds of matches where we aren’t following 1 specific person. easier to see what the person sees that way to determine what should happen, vs what they do.
New idea take the best from their lane in these EGO Hell and put them on one team against 5 of whatever rank they think they are
Makes me want to see 1 Higher ranked player playing with a group of lower ranked players to really test it!
You should do a video showing what Elo hell would look like for each role. Put a diamond player into a gold lobby.
Loving this series man
Tsuki could've gotten the Chern who ulted to him with 1 health. His ultimate was up in seconds. Cthulu might've been able to get him back bc his ult was also up, but at least it would make the match more exciting
awesome content, that cern+bacchus are in elo heaven being gold lol
I think you should do top down and when fighting happens swap to pov or hover over
Quit Smite a couple months ago but I'm loving these vids
This series are so adictive, so good man
I’m only a gold player, but tusk seemed to play more consistent. Probably not a build I would run seems to be selfish considering there are so many good hybrid tank items that can be picked up in solo and also benefit the team.

I respect that you are giving these lads a chance to prove themselves.
Cupid not leveling 3 before two and not recovering mana using his 2 triggered me.
You should find the top (or within top 5) controller player in ranked and follow a match or two with them and get their perspective on competing at a high level against mostly mouse and keyboard players
almost all these players all looked rough for gold let alone whatever they thought they should be
How many ranked games until you think that person is in their actual rank tier?
Just started this video but wanted to point out the double portal from Janus at 5:45
This is becoming my favorite Weak3n content
This is the ultimate crossover lol.
I like the bouncing around POV quite a bit more than over the top unless it’s a big team fight.
this the thing you should do so they need to prove they have a chance in the elo they think they should be in
2 start in above view then follow the ones doing good/ right things
It’s like a drunk version of the pro league recordings
Are these spectated matches not live as he watches ? How was he able to replay that chthulu kill at 9:50
Spectator has a 3 minute delay and allows you to rewind
I will say this top down view is probably the best for when you are not focusing on the one person
@weak3n series idea, host a game at a plat level or whatever and have a anonymous bronzey planted in there. See if anyone ir what team figures it out
The fact that I can recognize that they're gold or lower from the pick screen is a yikes
Unrelated-almost done with your Elden ring series! Great content my good sir.
5 people who think they're in ELO hell vs 5 people who think they belong in their rank. With them at at the ELO the ELO hell people think they should be
And don't tell them it's not 5 v 5 all in ELO hell like this video so they don't play scared
Don’t know if you saw my comment and did this or if this was already in the works, but this is the video I been waiting for! :))
Insta-liked as fast as I could. Thanks for the amazing content!!
Great work and enjoy the videos!!! Top down then move to who's carrying the team winning per-say if that makes sense lul
I feel like trying to play with that Bacchus made everything a bit harder for blue team to be fair to them

1500 is smite's zero. That is where you start.

Ranked for the most part is just the bans and no mirror matches tbh.
Top down is good for general and when you feel like it focus on somebody.
Yep this seems good. I'm liking this alot. Seems very fair and gives everyone a chance to shine.
Does Cupid count as ability hunter these days? They buffed his heal so that the hearts give him passive stack, so half your passive meter gets filled with ability instead of autos.
No cupid is an auto attack focus god he has two damage abilities one of which is an auto attack buff/stim.
I play casuals and I'm questioning these "ranked" player 😂
This is the video I was waiting for😭😭😭
The elo hell series are very interesting
I think you should start with spl pov and change to the best performing player after
9:35 is gold in a nutshell lol
I usually don't like playing ranked but I usually get to high play low diamond area and just stop playing lol.
Now this looks like my gold games lol
Nvm I'm closer to the end of the match now and this looks like silver
Lolol I wanna sign up for these elo hell videos…. I hover from 1300-1600 and it’s totally an ego hell mindset… lmao
So, I'm curious what everyone thinks about this. Is it a good idea to still put some people through directly to the Elo Hell? That way they don't know if they're on Elo Hell or Ego Hell? Or does them knowing who they're against not matter?
For this style I think mostly top down makes the most sense.
Personally I think the FG is in elo hell. He was farming that Ne Zha the whole game
A mix of both for the camera view fs 💯
Greetings from Germany and this series/video sounds very fun 😂
I have a question, how do you find players for your videos?
Also funny would be to see if u can carry a "elo hell person" if u play with em undercover.
Or if they are so bad that even u csnt carry em xD
I think I am in my current elo but my friend who is in masters or something high (I did see him in your games sometimes) thinks I am in plat-diamond player. The fall out on controller after the merge with pc was 100% real. I was plat/ diamond before now gold 1
plat 3 to gold 4 and im console..... so many trash players with broken egos
Low masters to low masters, tbh haven't really noticed a difference in ranked besides the earlier games had less people feeding their brains out in my opinion.

Ayy nice I commented this idea on the last video happy to see it!
I would like to see the tsukuyomi player play his jungle role.
I haven't played in a good while but only just noticed there is no boots anymore XD
For Ego Hell, I think starting top down and bouncing between relevant players is the best way to do it. Just my opinion though.
Top down then bounce to who’s popping off
You should do a mix of both
These videos are different from all other smite content creators. Keep up the grin 5 head I will make an appearance soon.
I prefer the birds-eye view like they do in the SPL

Tsuki felt like the better player
Low death and high assist for supports will tell if someone in elo hell
Weak3n, you already did a Elo hell with Ghostly… He played He Bo
This is evolving Nicley
Imma stop by the stream and be the first actual elo hell person XD i have a "god lake" 15 rank 10s. i shall see u soon, big fan
instant like... put up or shut up
edit: 9:50 lol
i would prefer if you bounce around between people and then top down during sieges and objective fights
Bounce around to people who are popping off for sure
