After playing the the Deck I got too used to gyro so I needed a controller with it. I went with Dual Sense because I've heard the gyro is good, and damn, ds4 gyro is so garbage compared to it. If you haven't tried it, my favourite is Dual Sense and gyro activated when aiming with trigger and "small movements" disabled. You won't get used to it right away, but once you do, you can't go back, second best thing after mouse while laying on your sofa.
I used XinputTest which is a program you can download on github if I remember correctly. You're right thought, it looks very similar to CMD, I never actually took notice! Lol
ik its a rly old video but did u have to update the software on ur King Kong 2 pro controller to get it to correctly function on windows.... its rly reliable on my switch but its absolutely horrible on my computer and phone
I’ve used many Xbox controllers. Recently got the GameSir G7. I think it’s the best controller I’ve ever had. Please do a review for others bc I wish I had found it earlier!
hey vcuda ive been watching ur vid since last year about controller with paddles. I have been looking to buy a new controller for the past year since my old controller (xbox one v1 elite controller) has been acting up but i cant seem to find a perfect controller so i waited around a year until today my controller got broken due to me playing competitive apex (grinding to get into ALGS). So do you have any suggestion which controller should i buy today that has paddles and also not overpriced?
Thank you! I really want to make a full return to weekly videos, maybe even 2 per week. I've just not been the best of myself lately, I'm sorry about this. Hopefully you'll see more of me soon!
Hey man love the videos a lot, got the dualsense edge on your review and I’m using the dsx software but i dont get any vibration in any game? Any idea how to fix that?
I'm not %100 sure, it may have something to do with incompatible settings in the Game or software. That's by best guess. I'd also try using a different output, since it allows you to use both Xinput & Dinput (Xbox 360 & PS4 controller) which also may have something to do with it
great vids, just subscribed and watched a few, Im in the market for a good PC controller, currently using a stock xbox controller and was looking at the 8bitdo ultimate controller, any other suggestions?
Thanks man! I personally think the GameSir T4 Kaleid is all around the best option right now for PC controllers. 1000hz polling rate (1ms response time) hall effect sticks, 2 rear buttons, amazing software, and some cool aesthetics. It's the best value pro controller for PC players who don't mind a wired connection
@@vCuda late response but just checked it out, I don't mind wired and 40 bucks had great reviews plus your recommendation. Right now my Xbox controller just died so I using a wired power A controller anyways lol
ngl i really thought this was gonna be a coutroller with a touchpad to use as a mouse. guess that was too good to be true. steam controller 2 when, Valve?
I am, I'm just being a terrible content creator at the moment. My bad man. I'd really like to try and get it out tomorrow if I'm honest, I have everything ready I just need to get through a bunch of post production work
do you know of a controller with hall effect sticks and 4 back buttons? i love my 8bitdo you recommended but i miss having 4 back buttons/paddles.... but the 8bitdo is fire not gonna lie
Currently, there is no controller available that fulfills those specifications. The 8bit and Gulikit controllers are the only ones equipped with hall effect sensors, but the 8bit has 2 paddles while the Gulikit has none. Consequently, I am curious to know if the Armor X Pro is compatible with the Gulikit controller. If it is, we would have a controller with 4 back buttons that have macro functionality, along with hall effect sensors. This particular controller is what we truly require, as every company seems to be overlooking this crucial aspect.
No 4 paddle/Button hall effect controller exist currently. There are hall sensor controllers from GameSir, Gulikit, 8Bitdo, and Machenike but they're all 2 buttons unfortunately
The connectivity to 4 devices, ability to use as a mouse, and 40 hour battery life make it pretty killer for $40. If they fix the thumbsticks and polling rate for the wireless mode, would there be anything even close to that in that price range?
Always love your videos. I literally bought the Xbox razer wolverine because of your content. By the way now I'm broken at street fighter. Had no idea the standard controller had so much delay
I'm tempted to buy this as the default controller to hand to my nephew when he comes over and wants to play games with me just so I can have the controller holder lmao
so its main selling point is a worse version of what you can already achieve from steam controller configs with the right knowledge. yeah, gotta agree, the target market for this product is definitely very casual, no question.
@@icheatintop5008 I totally read that wrong, now it makes sense. And that's nice. But that doesn't really help outside of Steam does it? Actually wondering, not being salty.
Why the fuck would a modern controller company make a controller without paddles or back buttons in this day and age??? At this point those are essential features needed to be taken seriously for higher end gaming content.
So i came across your video & instantly i felt you was super informative, so i was curious whats the best montior & xbox controller to reduce lag input , i only play mlb the show , i would appreciate your advice & money isn't a problem so whatever you recommend I'll purchase
It was me that contacted you. The call me the thrustmaster

no way your new video is not about that logitech controller which is rocking that poor titan submarine...
How did you manage to check the polling rate of the controller? is that really a function of CMD?

Cool app names on the windows screen
