This is video is very worth watching, and I appreciate it, but yes, instead of saying something like 'there are these kind of cells in this picture', he should be POINTING to them! HE may know WHERE what he's talking about is, but we don't (necessarily).

Sir, what is Reticulo Epithelium cell???
Did you hear/see that term in this video? Where? (What time stamp)
If you're asking about epithelial reticular cells, they are a structure in both the cortex and medulla of the thymus, sometimes called thymic epithelial cells (TEC), and are the primary cell involved with making sure that no T cells are allowed to survive which could attack the body's own cells. From Wikipedia, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epithelial_reticular_cell
Must take care of body
Different function
Must take care of skin

Why is british accent so hard on my ears
Maybe has to do with exposure. So listen to more, to get used to it? But I suspect, that even though it's nominally British English, he may be Australian. I often find Indian British accent the hardest to understand. They seem to talk too fast.
It's Australian
Thank you
