Secondly dirty hit is a dirty hit. Better helmet only help a player to endure the hit better. Players are punished for fauls they make and faul is still a faul and it doesnt matter if you play with sunglasses on your head or a fucking metal helmet.
That's part of why the NHL started telling the Olympics to f off when it comes to NHL participation. Potential for stuff like this for super valuable organization members. If I remember correctly Jags was out for quite a while after this.

In the NHL would not allow such a foul, because he knows that because of the attack on the big star to protect other players, and retaliated this procedure

Jagr was wearing a old helmet, and was crouching with his ass up in the air like a stupid monkey. so his head was at the same height as his body. and they both got stuck between Ruutu and the wall. so his shitty helmet couldnt handle the blow, and he got a bruise.
This is in his home country, so the rules as to which helmets you can and cannot wear are different. He was wearing a helmet legal in his country and so was just about every other player we saw in the video. Jagr had a clean hit, and many clean hits result in injury.

Jarkko Ruutu 37 still rules. Any team needs a player like him. You can see he is worried about Jagr's condition and reliefed when Jaromir can stand etc. even after big hit. Ruutu is a gentleman when outaside of the box and I give credirt for him for that.
