ITEMS NEEDED: rolling pin or hands to release muscles; strap or belt
1. Release calf and Achilles tendon (each leg)
2. Sensory tapping on Anterior Tibialis (each leg)
3. Release quads including inner quad and then stretch (each leg)
4. Stretch adductors (Happy Baby)
5. Pelvic tilts followed by wide hip bridge
6. Side pelvic tilts
7. Hip abduction
8. Bent leg hip flexion
9. Stretch calf using 1” step
10. Stretch TFL
11. MS Dead Lift
REMEMBER BGB throughout exercises - Keep your Blades down, Guts in and squeeze your Butt.
