Thank you so much. Type two diabetes has ravaged my family for years. My grandparents and my dad and his siblings all died from it. Some of my own siblings, nephews and nieces even some of their children have it. It took many to an early grave and limited the quality of life of those still alive. So I always treated it as a dreadful diseases and many in my family take it as an eventuality oh you don't have it yet. It was like it's coming but now, I know it's not a fait accompli . Therefore I am so grateful for this talk it has empowered me and given me hope because there are things I can do to avoid it. God bless you Dr Chidi

My great speaker. Tuned till the end.
Dr. I need ppt lesson.
How can I reverse it in two weeks, can I stop my medication
Please help I want to reverse it completely
Hi dr do you have a clinic in Kenya
Hahahaha Dr Chidi 😂
Rice is rice white or brown , white or brown wheat is still wheat , highly refined and very inflammatory, DM patients must drop all carbohydrates and sugars ,,beans is a carbohydrates at 90% and not protein..
Drop all fruits
This view is outrageous. While I agree with you, wheat is the most genetically modified crop, and people need to stop consuming for it's inflammatory effects - gluten. I disagree that Dm type 2 patients show avoid beans(all carbs) and fruits. These should be taken in moderation according to diet plan. I suggest in addition keto diet and intermittent fasting.
@@alicenyaga2215 why take bad foods in moderation?
Sounds like SDA food guidance similar to what was propagated by John Kellog over 100 years ago. Plant based diet is not complete in nutrition. Why would someone advise people to eat foods that contain carbs and fructose to reverse metabolic diseases?
Question for Doctor Chidi, do I stop taking my medications during this two weeks?
Don’t stop any medication abruptly. Follow up with your primary care doctor on when to stop or tapper your medication regimen.
He didn't say it. He's more on primary health. For those on the other side - secondly and tertiary, need to pick on healthy dietary and regular exercises, stress management etc. Otherwise you need to consult your doctor on medications.
yes that's very true
Explosive
I Tend to criticize the theme of this seminar, 'there is hope in Africa'. First and foremost Africa is not hopeless, we are more spiritual than the whole world combine. So next time you bring topics like this remember we are not hopeless
