- argentina is a deeply misunderstood country. while it has its problems with inflation, there’s always two sides to a coin. buenos aires, or as some may call it, “the paris of south america,” is a city bristling with energy & artistry. it’s here where i’ll be staying put & recording my album for a bit. it’s the land of tango, empanadas, and meriendas, which is snack time before dinner in the evening. so let’s go and see what happens 🇦🇷

Yes, you ve captured the porteño experience in a 5 min video. Zoning out to the architecture, stopping on your tracks and entering a random parrilla for an energy boost, 70 minute long rich conversations with strangers, catching a buzz and ending up in a live music show -> sleep, repeat. Argentina siempre fue un desastre en temas economicos y politicos pero eso nunca lo detuvo de ser un pais hermoso, ojala que a partir de ahora las cosas cambien para el pais y vaya a un futuro mejor. Hablando de la musica, probablemente Argentina junto a Brasil y Mexico sean los paises con la mejor musica de latinoamerica, no solo tenemos el Rock nacional sino que tambien tenemos el Tango, la Chacarera y el Cuarteto, muy recomendados. Gracias por venir a nuestro pais y ojala la pases muy bien

Also, make sure you check out the Reserva Costanera Sur, one of the trails take you right to the riverfront, it looks like an ocean, Uruguay's on the other side!

@@xacprovost also, what about Tigre? You could visit Chinatown first (Belgrano C, on the Mitre Line is just above it). You can take the train to Tigre there. If you want to see the many shops it'd be best to go Thursdays through Sundays.
