When Christianity is all one knows from a child, that is reality. I'm from the US, and thankful I was always a curious child, because it was the Superpower that led me to research Christianity about 6 yrs ago. Ray Hagins and Phil Valentine were the first people I listened to on youtube and fb. Not until I stepped away (and stopped attending church), did I realize the abuse and stronghold of it. Some friends and family have shunned me. People automatically treat me different if I share I'm not a Christian. The sting of hurt lessens over time. I hope to find more like minded black friends in the future, for now I mainly find support online (like this channel). One has to be very strong mentally and at peace within when leaving organized religion. I had to accept the reality, that, truth based on facts (and not blind faith), is the highest priority for me but not for many. Teaching children to love learning about *history* from credible sources will help them to learn how to think critically, protecting them from lies of all kinds.🌹

I’m teaching them to accept US for who We ARE instead of trying to get the Wasicu (aka white man but literally meaning Fat Takers... referring to their wasteful ways only taking choice cuts of unholy harvested meat) feel at ease or to accept us. We have to bring out the richest source to life which is our DNA...connected to this land, ask the rocks they know...our relatives on the Eastern coast and Caribbean were those first brought back as slaves by C. C. & other so called European “Christians” in the late 15th and early 16th century...n I feel the same way Auntie did in this video! Being an ex-believer is one of the BEST things I could ever do for myself. And in turn, I raised nonbelievers. Deconditioning myself from religion and white Jesus took some time, but what I got in return was a true peace of mind and a sense of self. I am kind, take responsibility and accountability for everything that I do and say. I am a better empathetic and giving person once I took off the shackles of religion. Your world automatically gets bigger and brighter. You actually see the humanity in people. And you also act humanely toward others. My children are wonderful beings and it comes from the heart. There is a marked difference in my life when I believed and when I stopped. I represent the tenets of Christ more than those so-called Christians do. Funny how that changes when you step away from it. Religion is so dangerous that is the consummate separator of people from humanity and brotherly love. Religious people love you so much that they will disown and kill you if you don’t believe like they do. There is nothing and no one scarier than religious people to me. I was raised Pentecostal/Apostolic. So, I know what I am talking about. I experienced it.

@Nur Katika Upendo Awesome though I did live in Ghana but I visited and they are very lovely ppl. They will probably associate u with one of the tribes and u will eventually become cultural revelent. Gahana is encouraging many Black Americans/Caribbeans to hv a dual citizenship and they are enjoying the culture. Awakening is Happening for the Black race. For example, Afrobeats is soooooooo amazing and it is intriguing for the Black race to stay connected. Ur an Absolutley pleasure to be communicating with and very knowledgeable.

Marcus Garvey didn't do for Jamaica what he did for the United states, he ran the biggest black organization in America and teach black Americans how to stand and unite financially. He should have been the pillar of black American history just like how the island of Haiti should have been the pillar of black freedom.

I'm a Romany Gypsy man we too were dragged into the west by slavery , we originate in India and I could never understand why some of my people like some Black people worship the slave master's god . Muslims and Christians made slaves of us and we have Muslim and Christian Roma populations ? Crazy . We English Romany call ourselves Romnichal , this roughly translates from our language as" Sons of Rama" the Hindu god . Rom from Rama and Chal meaning son or child so we know that much . Big up Jamaica I must visit , so many lovley friends and family here in the UK from the Caribbean I feel blessed to know , Rasta men helped me very much in my youth when I struggled with my Romnipen which means GypsyNess , the Rastas firm conviction in there own identity helped me find mine (I didn't grow up with my people ) , peace and love P.
