The problem with the Bible is people don't READ it themselves to comprehend the message. The Bible says go be alone and build a personal relationship with God. If people actually read they would have a lot of questions and see things that don't make sense.
The Bible is a great tool for teaching lessons about life. I only ever felt connected to a higher spirit when I was solo meditation, reading, writing and studying for my OWN comprehension.
Living life is the best way to learn about living life. The principles you speak of come from Merrita, the true name of the Motherland and Kemet is the true name of the ppl.
The problem with history is ppl don’t read all of the history and dig deep and rest on their past laurels, ignorantly living life with no true sense of self.
The Bible is no excuse for not seeking knowledge of Self nor will it have everything because the Bible isn’t complete.

Now slavery in the Bible? It's a result of sin. Punishment. These are things that will naturally result sin. Deuteronomy 28 let's us know. God sees that this is the order of things in this corrupt earth, so we submit ourselves under that earthly athei m authority. It increases our patience and humbleness of spirit.
Wow people...I was part of a church that unfortunately took "pride" in knowing the bible for over 20 years. One of the main things I learned is there isn't room for pride. The longer I was around the body, the more I read...the more I read the more I prayed...the more I prayed the more I realized I didn't know as much as I thought. I see a lot of people struggling and going after each others knowledge in this comment thread and I just want to say LOVE is always greater than hate, seek to understand and hopefully you will be understood. The bible if you don’t know is a collection of stories. Allegories, it is simply a library of different perspectives and events that some things could of happened. The word is the same because it was wrriten by human hands, the situation of the world was only in the eyes of the African. The bible predates Europe, the recent additions to the bible are the European version of what they thought may be worth telling, and again, used our symbolism, stories and ways of talking to justify their own agenda.

🇯🇲 Elder Prof-I, speaks truth. Our people here in the diaspora have been, and still are culture-appropriating from the colonizers from North America, Europe, and Asia, which include their religion that they gave us to identify "The Most High God." However, the Bible is cemented in our brain, we will always draw reference from it. Why? It is the only reference we in the diaspora was taught to acknowledge "The Most High God," for those of us who do believe in a higher vibration.
Africa is a continent with I believe 54 countries, and too many tribes and culture within those countries to facture. If you were to ask any of our brothers and sisters here in the diaspora about African spirituality, the only word would be Voodoo, and they would express it in the extreme negative connotation that they were taught by the West. All the other races on the earth have their own form of spirituality to "The Most High God," which they received from their ancestors, and practice it reverently unto this time. What about us Africans both here in the diaspora and the motherland Africa, why don't we, at least, try to embrace our own culture, warts and all?
How many tribes reside in Ethiopia, and how many of them are practicing Orthodox Christianity? And outside of Ethiopia, many of the other African countries, they have tribes that are also practicing the invaders/colonizers form of Christianity that we have here in Europe and North America, which includes the Caribbean, Central America, and South America where slavery was practiced🇯🇲

The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. As a believer in Christ you have to have the Holy Spirit Acts 7:51 “You stiff-necked people! Your hearts and ears are still uncircumcised. You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit!
The God we know is the God of righteousness and justice. Take it for example in a court of law if you are accused of murder the judge will judge you according to your crime. Even if the judge is your friend or he loves you. It doesn't matter if you donate millions of money to charity, the judge has to administer justice and plead you guilty of your murder or you will have to pay the fine if there is any. The judge wont tell you that, "OK, you have killed somebody but because you donate millions of dollars to charity and that you help the society in a big way even by feeding the street children everyday, you are now innocent you can leave." If it were you how would you view that judge to be like ? That will be INJUSTICE !! You cannot be saved by your good works.
The same thing applies when the day of judgement comes and we will have The Lord God as our judge. No matter what good we do it doesn't cancel for the sins we have done. In the Laws of God, the 10 commandments it says; Do not commit murder, do not commit adultery (Jesus said in MATTHEW 5 : 27 - 28 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’[a] 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. ) , Do not steal, Do not use the name of God in vain which is called blasphemy, creating you own image of God -- one that suits your way of life E.G one that you think will not administer justice by punishing you for your sins and that he will just forgive you -- clearly not a just God, not honoring your parents E.G lying to them, even lying to others etc . God will judge you according to His laws. If He accuses you of stealing or lying, God whom we have known to be a just God will make you pay for your sins. The same applies in a court of law. When the judge finds you guilty then all of a sudden someone comes and pays your fine, he will let you go and you will be free. Now that's following the law and administering justice . And that is what Jesus did. He paid for our sins and through Him we have eternal life . That is what He said in the book of JOHN 14 : 6 - 7 6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. God Our Father in Heaven gave us The Law. We broke the law by sinning but now God Our Father gave us His Son who was worthy and with no sin to save us from our sins. Their is no other way my brothers and sisters. Its like when you are in a plane and you are told to jump out of the plane. You don't just believe in saving yourself by jumping out of the plane and flapping your hands expecting to land on the ground safely. You have to put on a parachute and trust in it so as to land safely. Same with entering the Kingdom Of God and of Jesus Christ Our Lord and savior. You have to put on the teachings of our Messiah. Put your trust, your faith and believe in Him. You can't save yourself and on the day of judgement. But if you put your trust in Him, on the day of judgement He will testify for you before the Father and you will be saved. All we have to do is to repent and turn away from our sins, live a life of obedience adhering to the word of God by being Holy and pleasing before Him and putting our trust in Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior to help us in that. Tell Him to open the eyes of your heart so that you can see Him and experience Him in your life .
With Him there is a way, there is victory to be won, there is the truth which sets free those who believe in Him, there is life also-- eternal life and he gives so much hope though sometimes we stumble and have some worries but why should you worry in the first place ?
Surrender yourself unto Him He will give you peace in your heart which surpasses human understanding in this troubled world that we live in. HALLELUJAH !! GALATIANS 3:2-“I only want to learn this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law or by believing what you heard?”- we realize that this is a rhetorical question; no one receives the Holy Spirit based on what they do. We experience salvation freely; there is no reason to relate to God differently in our experience with the Holy Spirit. It is also a grace-based experience. In the same way that we receive Christ without doubting whether He will enter our lives or not, we should receive the Holy Spirit by faith and believe that He will respond to our requests without delay. Pray , believe in the truth of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, repent and read your bible everyday so that you may get insight. Seek Jesus so that he may help you see his truth. There is only one truth and only one gospel, the gospel of the Kingdom. Jesus is coming soon !!!

Look up Acts 8:26. The Ethiopian Eunuch, was an African man who went to Jerusalem to worship.
In Acts we are told he was reading what we know now as the book of Isaiah. He encounters Phillip the Evangelist who explains the text to him. This was around the 1st century or thereabouts.
It’s unclear when Phillip died but we know he met Paul the Apostle and it is generally accepted Paul lived and died in the 1st century.

Theres thousands of manuscripts including the Dead Sea scrolls which affirms the bible. the experts who translated it were extremely precise when It came to preserving the manuscripts. If a single letter was off in a translation, the entire manuscript wouldve been burned. Ive read many different versions of the bible and the message is still the same.
