Ever since a young age I’ve watched Kalyn’s videos. It got to a point where if I was up and couldn’t sleep I’d put them on. Or if I’m anxious I’d put them on. And let me just say I’m 22 years old, going through another breakup- which is so triggering for my anxiety. It’s 4:45 a.m and I’m watching her videos to try and calm down my nerves a bit. So here’s a special thank you to you, for simply being you. 💞

I honestly cannot focus on your yoga flow there cause I keep watching Bentley in the corner reacting to your every movement 😂
He was like “oh here she goes again, doing this weird movement before my cuddles”
At one point he was like “is that my cue to come over???” When you were trying to reach your ankle. And then seconds later worried about you when you put your head down. He even keep trying to find a good spot to get a good look at what you’re doing.. He’s so cute 💕
Everything you said at the beginning of the video about changing your mindset and debunking fitness as it is right now was AMAZING. I’m right there with you, trying to relearn habits surrounding exercise and eating, and I took almost all of June and July off. Love your videos always 💖

the follow-along 5min bedtime yoga was PERFECT. I was literally sat in bed in my oversized comfy PJs feeling like I should've done any sort of physical movement today and you come at me with that like you could hear my thoughts
I did the five minutes flow along as I watched the video and I adored it. It makes me feel graceful and beautiful and as a clumsy and not-always-confident person, that's a lot !

Love the fitness routine video. I need to try yoga. It seems like it really helps you not just physically but mentally also. Another thing your brought to my attention is I need to up my water intake. I already stay away from sodas and sugary drinks but I feel like I still need to increase my water.
This is the health and fitness content we all need this year.

I do a Sun Salutation yoga routine in the morning and I do it in MY PAJAMAS!! Helps to motivate me to get up and out of bed, if I don’t have to change into my workout clothes.
The 5 mins bedtime yoga was amazing! Love the vibe of the video. ❤️🎃

Kalyn it’s SO refreshing to see someone talk about their “intuitive” fitness routine. Throughout quarantine I’ve really gotten into fitness again, working out 4-6 times a week for 3 months but constantly thinking about finally getting the body that I always wanted. I started stressing about eating again because I wanted food to help me with the process of loosing weight/gaining muscles..
now I realize that it was pretty toxic for me, looking back I got into a disordered mindset where I wouldn’t allow myself to eat certain foods.
You’re video showed me that ITS OKAY to not follow a strict schedule and work out whenever you feel like it and whatever you want to do. Thank you 🧡🤍

I've been on the same journey for so long! I really recommend Kinrgy it makes you feel SO SO good and free, and its definitely movement, but so different from ''working out''. It makes me feel so good that I don't even wanna do regular workouts anymore, because movement in this way brings me so much more, and makes my body feel so good lol.

Farm boy has a bunch of store brand vegan options you should check them out if you haven't already.The mock beef and mock chicken from the frozen section are great in a stir fry!

@@KalynNicholson Not sure which downtown area you're in but go to the location on metcalfe instead of rideau, its aloooot bigger and carries way more items! Also my fave place for produce, I find a lot of the time things are better quality than the loblaws or independent in centretown, at least in my experience

I’ve been feeling very unmotivated for a couple of weeks now since getting Covid, and I feel like I’ve just been in a hole and I’m not sure how to get out. It sounds silly but I think something as simple as bedtime yoga will really help me be more productive. Can’t wait to try it!!
So glad I came across this today I’ve been super stressed and my usual running/walking healthy vegan diet isn’t cutting it I think I’m going to implement some meditation and evening stretches where I can. The evening yoga looked so peaceful and Koze 🥰
