    Being an Indian, We can't allow CAA and NRC done... It's the matter of Nationality. Its our responsibility to protest against their decision to make them rethink about their act. If we stay calm at our homes things gonna be wrong. So pls pray for us to succeed in our efforts. May Allah help us all. Ameen

      @Hamid Hussein There are shuyookh who are ihkwani, deobandi, khariji, and hizbi in arab too... I m not talking about them. When I mean shuyookh i only mean the ones who are full of wisdom (and not all).. for example.. shaikh ibn baz has massive book of fatwa on protest (I have read the brief of it).. and Wallahi it underlines step by step mishaps that can happen while protest.. and from among them all of which i witnessed in the indian protest step by step happening one after other.. I was taken aback That ibn Baaz rahimahullah had such an insight about protests.

      @Hamid Hussein just as you said they pretend to be salafis.. .that is how they also pretend to be madkhali...(make a group).. but among the scholars whose names are taken for groupism there is no difference between them.for us salafis we are Wahab,i madhkhali, bukhari maliki, hanbali, albaniyan, fawzaani .. and all of the strands which comes from salafi scholars... and no scholar is protected from minor mistakes... and all of the scholars who have sanad to Rasulullah sallahualaihiwasallam and upon whom senior scholars have witnessed good are our scholars..
      and hibiyaah is the thing against which salafi scholars have spoken a lot.. the SPUBS case is a fine example.. scholars don't approve of them

    It his been narrated through a different chain of transmitters, on the authority of Hudhaifa b. al-Yaman who said:
    Messenger of Allah, no doubt, we had an evil time (i. e. the days of Jahiliyya or ignorance) and God brought us a good time (i. e. Islamic period) through which we are now living Will there be a bad time after this good time? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes. I said: Will there be a good time after this bad time? He said: Yes. I said: Will there be a bad time after good time? He said: Yes. I said: How? Whereupon he said: There will be leaders who will not be led by my guidance and who will not adopt my ways? There will be among them men who will have the hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings. I said: What should I do. Messenger of Allah, if I (happen) to live in that time? He replied: You will listen to the Amir and carry out his orders; even if your back is flogged and your wealth is snatched, you should listen and obey.

      It's not the same as other fiqh issues that are clear cut in quran and sunnah, for example salah or alcohol. So that's why you will not get a different view about those things because they are fixed. No ulema can change that based on any reasons. But those things that arent clear cut mentioned, like protests, will be treated case by case, as YQ said, on the knowledge of the Ulema, depending on the situation, time and region. Its that simple.

    • @RAMESHKOTIKALAPUDI
      @RAMESHKOTIKALAPUDI 3 года назад

      @@aimz4178 It may look very clear cut to you. But you’ll be surprised. You can hear differences of opinion on issues as high and supposedly clear as interest (riba). Not that long ago there seems to have been unanimous consensus in ulema on anything to do with riba is haram. You hear sheiks in non-muslim countries nowadays, you can clearly see this issue is treated as “local” by them. Interestingly any sheik that faithfully follows the older opinion is slowly falling out of favor of their own community.

The only "substantial" thing I heart is the "protest" that was made to make justice for Uthman radiya Allah 3anhu and what a bad example, that ended up in war. One of the dangers of protesting is having enemies such as the khawarij infiltrating and easily starting a violent conflict.

      Asalamu alaykum warhmatullah wabarakatuh, Yasir Qadhi Isn't a scholar he is a Hizbi !
      I advice you to listen and read what the great scholars of our time said about protests !
      The scholar Ali Ferkous even wrote a book about it with evidence of the quran and sunnah that it is forbidden
      You can also find some answers of the scholars like Sheikh al albani, Sheikh al fawzaan, Sheikh al sheikh, etc

      That’s not at all what he said. Ibn Taymiyyah essentially made an exception for these Mongols who declared themselves to be Muslims saying that there is more benefit of these Mongols are drunk and lying around than if they are sober, killing and raping the innocents of the towns.
      Additionally, you’re right, Islam is based on Qur’ān and Hadith there is wisdom in the application of it. That’s the point of the Madhabs and scholars. The classical scholars understood and applied Islam better than anyone alive today could.

    This person is not a scholar. He cut short his beard and prophet sallallaho alaihi wasallam prohibited to cut beard, such person who shorten his beard less than one fist is considered faasiq. Talk ill about scholars. The person who can not even make his face like the face of prophet sallallaho alaihi wasallam is not deserved to be called scholar at all, listening and following such person will take to mess up your eiman. Don't try to learn Islam from this person, learn Islam only and only by qualified and pious scholars

      @@farrukhabidi2764 don't bother. He's a salafi. For context, they ignore everyone from the actual salafs to Ibn Abdul Wahab while trying to nitpick knowledge from Ibn Taymiya and Ibn Bin Bas and another scholar I can't remember.
