Thanks, this tutorial was just what I needed to get started with making my own watch face! I prefer the simple analog one with only date and battery level! So this was perfect! It was a puzzle to connect to the watch but I managed that aswell. Only the % symbol isnt showing on the watch, but it is showing in the app. So still a puzzle left!
Nice.. I have tried my hands not analog but digital. I have 2 qns.. Appreciate if you can respond. 1. How to add Calories/ Weather info 2. Continous Second hand... Sweeping second hand...
Добрый день Тихомир. Я создал циферблат но не могу его загрузить/опубликовать на play Market console. Застрял на этапе внутреннего тестирования. Пожалуйста, вы можете показать или посоветовать что надо сделать дальше ?
@@kaymaani I don't think this answers the question. Question is how to get the developed face onto the physical watch. This tutorial is already using Watch Face Studio. How does one connect to the watch and export the designed watch face from Watch Face Studio to it ? In my case I am running Watch face studio on mac. There is the obvious menu item "run on device", but if the device does not show up, despite having bluetooth on (or wi-fi enabled), and the watch does not indicate what the IP address is, and the options in the help don't work ... not necessarily super easy, depending on your setup ... seems to me a tutorial just on this topic is needed.
@@nbrown6648 How come you are not using Wear OS in android studios to develop the watch face? And I have the same problem, after developing im not sure how to intergrate onto a physical wearable....
you have to make them if you are designer or buy them from designers. you probably can find free ones but you have to search online and I guess there will not be as nice looking.
The program is made by samsung and I use the build in images for the tutorial. but with this program you can build watch face for every android wear os smartwatch.
all i can find is analog hands.. i`m soo tired of them.. every time i look to download a face is analog one plus digital! i do have a smartwatch i dont want to fake an analog..! is three any chance you make a tutorial about a digital clock ? i`m interested how can i change the aparace of numbers on a digital clock :D
Many tutorials showing how to create this face, that face, this hand, that hand - all of which needs no tutorial, it's intuitive from the ui. But zero information anywhere on how to get the created face onto one's physical watch. And many people asking this question, but no usable answers. Weird.
true.. cause its still an shitty community which wont share their secrets unless your willing to pay or stuff. Obv. they act like its no witchcraft but indeed it is. Due the fact Samsung or google doesnt actually support stuff like that (even to its easy to use) in the general software. Otherwise they cant make profit out of it.

How to install app
How can I emulate IOS and Apple Watch on a windows system, I am interested in creating watch faces.
you cannot do that. you need mac for ios development.
How can I use it's watchface to a API 26 watch such as Ticwatch e?is there a way to convert the apk with API 28 to api 26?
I don't think you can do that in this app. You should use Android Studio to build an app for API 26.
what about .watch files?
from where can I get the pointers?
Can I use for firebolt beast pro and boat xtend
That kind of watch faces, can I publish on play store?
yes, you can
I don't understand what "Android Studio" is used for in this Tut.? all others is self explanatory. HELP!
to start the emulator
I'm interested in the next steps. After the development. How do you get this on the watch itself?
Guys use Watch Face Studio and you can put the watch Face on there. Just tried it and it was super easy. Happy Designing Everyone

problem: how to uninstall a watch face that is installed from watch face studio?
Thanks for the tutorial! I see you used default stuff, but where can I find more items to use (like different hands, index, etc) or do you make them?
you have to make them if you are designer or buy them from designers. you probably can find free ones but you have to search online and I guess there will not be as nice looking.

Did you really put the Android Studio logo in the thumbnail just to confuse people
it's because it is an android app and I use this logo in my videos for android
A Mac to make an Android watch face, this is what I believe irony looks like
if you see a google developer event you will see all of their developers are working on macs 😃
