They’re really not that accurate. But it’s mostly just practice. You could watch some of my other videos where I explain my process better.
I don't think these are gesture drawings. Gesture drawing is about depicting the gesture using as few lines as possible(proko has some videos explaining this) while you're clearly drawing the contours. These are really good contour drawings though.
What's the drawing software used.

Are you sure that you are doing gesture? To me it looks more contour drawing
