I’m going to buy you some mag dumps for pointing me in the right direction. Thank you for showing me both websites as they are very helpful and informative for research purposes and nothing else.
Pla is recommended if you spend the $1200 on the parts needed to operate the $40 of filliment to print another body is no issue and it doesn't melt like you think it would
also, I skipped tri-lug and went for a muzzle device instead. But I'm specifically using CAT silencers and I love their muzzle devices in particular. But the advantages are still there. You get better sound and flash performance, less concussive pressure/blast waves, better lockup, etc. But if you want the best tri-lug adapter, get a Bixler style tri-lug mount
FRT (forced reset trigger) is basically the new bumpstock Pull-Fire-Pull-Fire-Pull-Fire, and a binary is Pull - Fire - Release - Fire - Pull - Fire - Release - Fire
Absolutely gnarly - well done! 2 stupid questions: How's the nose hold up to sustained firing (e.g. does it sag or deform?), and also what's the material/overall wall thickness of nose?
Carbon PLA can stand up to 500f when printed and salt melted. Everything you need to know is already available online through “teachingtech” or “CNCkitchen”. If you’re willing to look around for it, you can even find step by step instructions on how to do such things. As per the “pew community” guidelines, I cannot share them or show you what websites, but it’s not difficult to use the right keywords in a search.
@@cooliobob-q7o he means if the area that holds the barrel in place starts to melt and lets it droop a bit. It'll definitely do that with continuous fire but by letting the material cool for a few minutes between every couple of magazines it actually becomes stronger.
Hey man, armamentusa made a DIAS for the AK-47 and he even 3d printed it, I could find all the images of the DIAS he made but when I asked him for the files he refused, are you interested in anything similar?

If i somehow could make one of these by myself i would definetly feel like a superhero rest of my life.
PSR told me to come here
you should make one of those strike industries p320 chassis for a glock slide etc. the one where you can put a stock on it
Binary trigger?
2 months ago, I think they got him
Dope
What filament? I wanna try this but I've only printed with pla+ and i know it wont hold up to the heat

What can and muzzle device are those?
Been trying to decide which tri-lug muzzle is best for .40
that's a homemade silencer

Is that one of those triggers that fires when you release it as well as when you pull it?
yes, it's called a binary trigger
Thanks, didn't know the name of it
FRT (forced reset trigger) is basically the new bumpstock Pull-Fire-Pull-Fire-Pull-Fire, and a binary is Pull - Fire - Release - Fire - Pull - Fire - Release - Fire
can I buy it from you?
Have you made the ump45 yet? That’d be pretty cool as another hk
Have you looked into bottle filament? Do you know if anyone has printed a lower in PET filament?
Just buy $40 of pla
surpised it didnt jam
3D printed weapons have been a thing for a while. They don’t jam that much anymore
Where can I learn more about these weapons?
defcad and fosscad

I am probably wrong but I imagine the maintenance for these is to have another print ready. I would like to know aswell.
The material used for printing today is 10 fold what it used to be
What exactly is the nose on a firearm? I'm not familiar with that term

Are full 3d print glock is still up?
Ever consider making a hk53?
What printer and material did you use for this ???
ooooh binary trigger too :D looks fun! does it get hot enough to warrant melting issues?
Can this be fully automated?
How can I contact you?
Is it fully printed?
