Hi, we can't see the images, but we'd advised to get in touch with the manufacturer immediately to establish exactly what the problem is. Hopefully, the goods are under warranty. Thanks.
With Game VRR you have between 5-7ms, but you cant check it right now. No System on market can check it yet.

Hi, as far as we know it should be the same for both, regardless of whether it's upscaling or a native 4K title. Hope that helps.
Social Justice Warrior no that is for 4k. At 1080p it’s 6 milliseconds.
Patrick Randall how did you come to that conclusion? The tv is in 1080p when showing 12.8ms
guys 55 or 65 ??, i mean 65 its just looks great but im so confused
Go for 65 if that's the size you want, it's about the only real difference.
Hello
, considering to buy the 65’ C9.
One quick question is the Input lag on the C9 different from the E9?
Hi, we haven't done a product review on the E9 range as yet, but we're under the impression it's around 21 msecs.
@@MarksElectrical I thought it's around 12.8 millisecond
That's only what we've seen elsewhere, it might well be different.
