Mt mates in the local pub couldn't name any 1916 revolutionaries their Irish history centred around the potato famine, black and tans and a dash of King Brian. A load of us went to Dublin and I took them on 1916 tour ending up at the cemetery where these revolutionaries are buried. This video should be in the school curriculum, brilliant!
Bobby Chrome has a RUclips channel called Bobby Fingers. It’s probably one of the greatest RUclips channels of all time. I found that first, worked out the connection and now I’m here.
Only just discovered Rubberbandits yesterday (I apologise profusely) I’m already absorbed into all their incredible humour and satire, obviously as a Brit I never heard of them, probably because they manage to effortlessly shit on them hahahaha
@Cathal Ua Rahallaigh The term “ Green , white and gold “ , when used in description of the Irish Tricolour is not wilful ignorance. That term has been used as a colloquial description for years. It’s a subtlety of speech when we describe things sometimes and they become part of everyday vernacular. Irish people like me would be very well aware of what these two men that you are mocking are talking about . It’s you that sounds ignorant .
@Naughton1234 cheers,I found it using that as a search...I thought it sounded familiar.Excellent movie.................ruclips.net/video/7CiJPHt_v0Y/видео.html
They are geniuses. If they went to public school and were English. They would be the toast of the town. Have a higher profile and income. I think their work will be recognised for the brilliance it is one day and definitely by future scholars. It’s art and to edgy for the mainstream media to entertain. I understand and love them. Showed them to a friend tonight and he couldn’t understand them. My Granny was from Fermanagh so it sounds like they are talking English to me.
We now know what the D stands for these guys are something else their humour and facts I tried to look you up the guy who played Michael D Diggins Iain Barber to see if he was in anything else no luck so far
It was all great and fun till the killing of a fish suffocated for a voiceover. Smart ppl like you should know that death and pain are a fun thing only when one's so brain injured to be unable to connect with anything but with one's own desperate desire for empathy, then what the hell were you at with it. Seriously, it was such a smart movie till the fish thing, why ruin such a good movie with it damn it.
@janlaag the fish is already dead, you can see the cut along its belly where it's been gutted. You can even see the string used to open its mouth like a puppet.
Am I reading this right ??? All that content about the famine etc and genocide and you're talking about a fish being harmed? Do you have book burnings of angling times issue's Blown my mind that
And Blindboy got The President Of Ireland on his podcast. Yurt
This is one of the best Irish history lessons I've ever heard, and that they made it funny all the way through... fantastic.

As a Scotsman it’s sad what the Irish feel for Black and Tan. The real Black and Tans we’re not monsters. English turned this sour
