Somebody should've given that one guy directions to Waterbury, Just take a southbound train to Fordham and get off in the opposite direction on the New Haven Line.
Looks beautiful, and just in time for July 4th! Also great to see Budd still running on NY-Area rails. Hopefully can ride one soon, before they're gone for good like their LIRR counterparts.
the M3As wont retire for at least another 5 years, it could also take up to a decade
You got time. The Metro-North M-3's are gonna stick around a bit longer. Since MN wants to refocus on replacing the P32's and likely aiming to bring in MLVs as I have read around.
@@bebo2good1 what's mlv?
Multilevel or Bi-Level
ive been going there before the change, during the change, and now the complete station. im honestly glad the place got a revamp.
3:29 *I think you're too far north on the wrong branch for that, sir.*
Ha was gonna say that!
He is, but he'd be fine if he goes south and transfers at Fordham.
And even then at Fordham, you have to board the New Haven line to Stamford and then transfer there for the New Haven line to Bridgeport and then transfer to Waterbury so you’re talking about THREE connecting trains which is too many connections.
Really nice new clean station
Metro North is still using M3's!!??? I'm jealous!! Dang LIRR isn't using theirs anymore!!
I hear they could be back when East Side Access is completed.
I'll have to take a ride on the M3As before the M9As arrive as this will probably be amongst my last chances to ride them being that the M3s disappeared (although haven't officially retired) from the LIRR. Funny how I never rode an M3A before.
